@Paytmcare I booked a Bangalore–Hyd bus on Paytm for Oct 17, but the operator cancelled on the day of travel. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund. Tried raising it on the app but the bot won’t connect me to support. Also sent a Twitter DM, still no response.

@PineLabs is so greedy. Thank god @Paytm launched their EDC otherwise they would continue looting small business. ₹98 customer conv fee, undisclosed charges auto debited from account, no support for failed transaction, also they asked ₹1000+GST as cancellation charge

My Paytm soundbox is unable to receive any payments through. But normally my bank account is working perfectly There’s no proper resolution from Paytm’s side The whole Paytm soundbox thing is a huge pain and just creates problems everyday @Paytmcare @Paytm

@vijayshekhar @Paytm Hey Mr. Sharma, this doesn’t seem fair. The gold price calculations aren’t transparent, and the discount coupon even includes GST. In the end, we’re losing around 6% of the actual gold value. Your customer care also couldn’t give a clear answer.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I’m facing an issue with two IRCTC refunds processed via Paytm Payment Gateway to my closed Kotak Mahindra Bank account (CRN: 491044***). Paytm confirmed refund settlement, but Kotak now says the RRN numbers are invalid. Please help verify.
