  @Paytm My Paytm account has not been working for more than 15 days, and my issue is still unresolved. Every time I raise the concern on X, I receive the same response saying that the team is “working on it,” but there has been no actual resolution.

  Hi @Paytmcare, Our customers accidentally sent ₹1,656 to the wrong UPI (lk926279@ybl) through Paytm. Transaction Ref No: 309952673067 (07 Jul, 08:18 PM). This was a genuine mistake. We have already raised a complaint in the app. Kindly help us recover the amount. @Paytm

My ₹843 is still stuck, and the insurance company has confirmed they have not received the payment. Kindly check my DM and resolve this issue at the earliest.
