@Paytmcare how come when ever u order from Zomato by using Paytm u either do not get cash back or less then the amount stated.U are creating an illusion of cash back when there is none.Your app help section is pathetic what query u have it never gets understood or resolved

Just realised why @Paytm is tanking in India. Just added amount to wallet and now I can't transfer it anywhere. Just pathetic, even can't reach out to @Paytmcare customer agent to resolve the issue / update the KYC. Video KYC not working in app 😑 @vijayshekhar

@abccare Hi Your @Paytm postpaid partner send email and notifications to avail postpaid service. But they have no customer service. Even after tweet no connect with care. No emails/SMS before due date, direct penalty email. Seizing to use postpaid.
