    They will make you wait 15 days saying it will be resolved and then they want help with resolution and will neither reply to your message and the tickets to will be closed giving irrelevant reasons. Prefer @PhonePe @Paytm but avoid using @MobiKwik guys

    @Paytmcare Please help in this. I have been struggling to get my refund from last 45days but either they aren’t responding or giving new excuses. Is it so difficult to get refund of a cancelled flight? Instead of giving damages, they aren’t even giving original refund. @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

    @Paytmcare I had made a complaint about Paytm Business 5 days ago but till now I have not received any update nor has my problem been resolved. My ticket id is 500008019661
