    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why payment from History, paid a week before, makes use of a different VPA than the one in the QR code and no notification on the soundbox on recipient end. Very troublesome. Fix this issue at the earliest or remove payment from the History.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare problem facing regarding the ticket id 500010248984 raised on 3rd July 2026 regarding the deactivation of sound box. You people cannot find service engineer in one the biggest twin city of Hyderabad to deactivate the device.

    Please anyone dont use paytm they are fraud no1 they are not helping me my account debited rs 3000/- but not completed transaction it is showing pending from yesterday morning no support from @Paytm @Paytmcare help me guys

    @Paytmcare SBI Customer Care has confirmed twice that no refund has been received against RRN 617303079622. SBI is not providing written confirmation. Kindly recheck with your payment partner and share proof of settlement or reprocess the refund.
