    @Paytm why you are charging 4% on credit card payments, who gave you right to take customer money as you wish.. please think twice before taking extra charges from credit card users. If you can’t afford then stop the credit card payments...worst service

    @Paytmcare Wallet is locked & money is stuck. Doorstep executive has not come since a week for KYC. Customer care call on hold since 1 hour. Video KYC done still money is locked. Is paytm deliberately holding money and not completing KYC?

    @Paytmcare you guys have the worst customer care experience ! The executives have no clue what professionalism or empathy means ! Time to switch to safer and more professional platforms . Only after a Paytm fraud one learns such things !
