Don't use @PaytmBank upi app or @Paytm bank for any transaction, they may be doing some type of celebration for New year by holding customer money in the name of sucessfull message with failed payment

denieing. Now I'm clueless about where my money gone, Kudos to @rockwithboat for dodging customers so well with poor website. Being such a big payment merchant @Paytm is also not helping and simply pointing the merchant to deal with that there not responsible for this.

Guys please don't believe this two has worst customer service. When I asked @Paytm to escalate, they,ve are denied to do so with no reason and the customer service representative was so rude and shown attitude (Piyush) @consumercourtin @BharatCourt #paytm #boatlifestyle #fooled

@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank I am not able to deposit any money into my paytmpayments bank from about a week ,it told me to update my kyc details although I have done my kyc and I have uploaded asked documents but then also I am unable to deposit any money help me asap
