Dear @Paytm I need to reach your customer service but you seem to have no contact number?? There’s an automated chat and IVRS call centre number which is not useful. I am frustrated as I need to permanently close my account and I am unable to.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I don't know why you guys don't provide customer support calling facility. No every issue your AI is able to understand and not everytime one can wait for resolution based on AI. Because next day you will charge fee against it on Paytm postpaid bills.
