@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

Ordering on @Paytm is not enough of a traumatizing experience than trying to get in touch with their support on phone. The IVR speaks of a different number to call on when connected. And this company has raised IPO

2 days of Paytm Postpaid Overdue and 4 calls to pay it immediately. Very poor service. Reminders are okay but reminders via call, message, mail,- twice a day and app notification everytime you open, aren't. Poor service. Decrease outsourcing. Provide better service. @Paytm

Dear @vijayshekhar you would most likely ignore this but my maintenance payment via Paytm hasn’t reached my society’s account even after a month & @Paytmcare says - it’s your problem, check with your society. If you can, can you ask a decent human being to spend 5 mins on this?
