  @Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

  @Meesho_Official orders purchased from meesho using the payment options as Paytm with assured cashback is still not been credited and no help from customer care . Both @Paytm and @Meesho_Official playing up with customers.

  @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm

  Worst experience with Paytm. ₹6,225 was debited from account 3 days ago, yet the payment is still pending despite multiple complaints. Two tickets raised already but nobody contacted yet.   Call me now and resolve this issue now.       Con no - 9690773800 @Paytmcare @Paytm
