  @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Getting issues now and then in your app. It's saying failed to validate user details and then m not able to recharge,pay or do anything! If this is frequently happening I have no other option except than leaving Paytm and moving to other platforms!

  @Paytm I paid on Swiggy on 22-06-2021 Rs. 204/-. I must had got Rs. 50/- as per offer expiring that day but Paytm applied Rs. 30/- cashback as per offer which would expire on 15-07-2021. Contacting Customer Care since then via in app help, twitter and mail but no resolution yet. VeryBad

  @DeepanjaliPande I trusted @Paytm with my hard-earned money & @Paytmcare confirmed by not responding to my query on email, rather than moving the ticket to their so called "24x7 Help Centre" where I can not even take a screenshot or ask for an export because they simply deny it.
