@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

@Meesho_Official orders purchased from meesho using the payment options as Paytm with assured cashback is still not been credited and no help from customer care . Both @Paytm and @Meesho_Official playing up with customers.

@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

@paytm @paytmcare I use paytm for everything. If money I deposited is deducted from my account, it should at least show in the transactions list. It is not. Please help me soon. Festival time, your users need to use your services.

Paytm is providing worst service ever, i had raised request 3 days back and i call the customer support as well they are asking to raise a ticket but when I raise ticket there is no response from them from last 3 days. Now it's showing resolved due to inactivity @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare One of the worst service. I got logged out while making payment and after that the only option i got was to open a new account on the App. I raised a complaint by DM to Paytm care on 16th Oct 2022 by sharing details.
