@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I booked a Bang–Hyd bus on Paytm for Oct 17 but the operator cancelled on the day of travel. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received my refund. Tried raising it on the app but the bot won’t connect me to support. Also sent a Twitter DM, still no response.

Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare this is pathetic service! Booked a bus ticket and the driver changed the operator at the last moment — replaced with a low-quality bus and now forcing passengers to take upper seats instead of confirmed lower berths. Totally unacceptable! Need action ASAP.
