    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

    @Paytm really very much disappointed to talk with customer support team of Paytm instead of helping it out they are telling to stop taking Fastag service from Paytm opt for other Bank, As there was less amount in my wallet account & I had to travel in immergency

    @Paytmcare my wallet is freezed due to KYC mismatch and I am unable to use fastag as can't add money to wallet. Had raised a ticket but not solved. Raised a fresh ticket. Pl help solve or close my paytm and fastag wallet and confirm after refunding deposit. Ticket is 3199375377

    Dear @Paytm ,@PaytmBank ,@Paytmcare I am doing calls everyday since last 4 days continuously. There is no call pickup on paytm customer care number from this number 9997713547 to 01204456456 Very condemnable service is being provided by Paytm. 😔😔
