@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

I've recharged my @BSNLCorporate number with the txn ids as follows 1.PGSM260621130830 (Rs. 328) @PhonePeSupport 2.PGSM260621133175 (Rs. 75) @Paytm Both got failed but money deducted. I called customer care number they said your money will not come back.
