@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

@Paytmcare seems like is a platform now to provide vague and void assurances without sending the assured cashback to customers account . Happened twice with me . Still showing as will be credited within the time frame . Pathetic experience and service

Dear @Paytmcare we had raised a support ticket for refund 10 days back and it was promised to be refunded in 5 to 7 days. There is no response from your support on followup. Tickets are getting closed everyday without any proper response. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytm, my mother is unable to break FD in Paytm Payments Bank. The FD was for one year and it completed that on 29 May 2025. Neither the FD is getting renewed, nor is it breaking. Also, there is no option to connect with Paytm support, other than poor computer chat.
