    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar not taking any responsibility of the transactions. First it says we will take care then they say your bank will take care and bank says paytm will take care. Where will customer go. Frustrating experience. Lost my 500rs because of paytm. Ref:205460928068.

    Its near one month, still my problem was not sorted . I was contacted to FSE , TL, ODISHA HEAD THEY all said wait wait wait , how much time i wait 1 year or above , my business will affected by this .@Paytm @Paytmcare if you all hear me solve this issue

    @Paytm: Waiting for the customer care response from last one month for query reference no.: 187289751 (with respect to booking id: 13050256602). Booked two Indigo tickets (via Paytm) on 17th March and cancelled both tickets (on 1st April and 8th April).
