@Paytmcare @Paytm I had lodged complaint- ticket no.22051683614, but it was closed resolution. My problem is that in my paytm account, Sonyliv subscription is linked for automatic payment and subscriptions. I am unable to cancel it as it says" User mobile number is Not present"

@Paytmcare Paytm bank video verification is a joke,although joonning time is so long but i verified 4 times,after 3 or 4 hour of verification they cancel the verification,it is so harrasment for the customer.
