  Pathetic service @Paytm most unreliable always having some or the other issues. Currently I’m being said “BAD NETWORK” while all other apps are working perfectly fine.

  I have booked air ticket but wrongly I have press wrong date due to which I want to call you for refund but none of your customer care number is working it is very pathetic condition with Paytm with which I was doing lot of payments one of their number say you are not registered with us. I have just lost 6000 rupees but future I will not use Paytm and I'll suggest other also @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!

  @Paytm @PaytmBusiness Your internal mismanagement should not become a customer's problem. My Soundbox return (EO887528444IN) was successfully delivered via India Post, but your team still claims it's not received and asks me for POD. Verify your warehouse and resolve this
