I recently booked 2 tickets Using @IRCTCofficial app and the payment gateway used was @Paytm. The transaction were successful. After checking for the tickets at night I got to know that the payment was on hold from the bank server hence not able to book my ticket. @Paytmcare

Worst customer service @Paytm, today I wasted an hour just to connect with a human representative and then finally got an answer to redirect to the application, that helped me nothing.
