Extra RS 39 for what reason you have deducted?? Please keep simple IVRS to call the customer care executive.

Dhruv Wadhwa (@dhruvwadhwa) reportedIts so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
