    @Paytm I ahave ordered medicine from Apollo Pharmacy through Paytm UPI of Rs 1150.64 but Rs 1189.64 has been debited from my account. Extra RS 39 for what reason you have deducted?? Please keep simple IVRS to call the customer care executive.

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, Akasa Air cancelled 1 passenger's ticket (Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT) from my booking & issued a refund. But Paytm app still shows 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664. Please check and process my refund quickly! @AkasaAir

I feel very disappointed because despite multiple attempts to contact support, I have not received any clear solution or satisfactory response.

    Hi @Paytmcare, I booked flight 9I-867 from Hyderabad to Pune for 17 March 2026 through Paytm. The flight was cancelled and I was informed that a full refund would be processed. It has been quite some time now, and despite raising a support ticket and following up via email. (1/n)

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am sorry to say that a single genuine matter has not been resolved even after more than a dozen requests. Such indifferent attitude towards your customer is very disappointing. Please see and settle.

    @Paytmcare It is very disappointing that Paytm, which is used by every other citizen, does not value its customers. My account is blocked for a week without any reason and Paytm has not unblocked it yet. Paytm team, haven't you received your 3-5 working days yet?? @Paytm #paytm #paytmcare
