@Paytmcare I am not able to update my kyc since long, no help received from your care yet. They just direct me to a link to do kyc and that link is not able to do the kyc. This link asks me to go to kyc points, but they also say that Kyc is not possible. So, provide solution.

Paytm customer care have the worst customer service. Their response take days and even after that no resolution at all. Using their postpaid service was a mistake. They will make a mess of your life, just like they have made of mine @Paytmcare @Paytm
