And if we choose different options it always shows the bank servers is not responding. I have tried all the cards and NetBanking options also tried the upi option as well.

Why will a merchant bear that cost ,it is a bug which need to be removed. Merchant bear the loss when customer pay through Paytm postpaid instead gpay/phonepe.
