    Dear Paytm this is my last hope to resolve my issue. I've been calling you from last month about the deduction in my payment settlement. On 9th October my collection was 2390₹, but next morning only 1265₹ have been settled. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

    @krdhawal @Paytmcare @Singhh45 I too have merchant account block issue , it also not been solved yet. Even after taking follow ups. When account is blocked it shall also stop accepting payments. Why it is taking so long to solve the issue

    @Paytmcare I get the following error when I try to purchase something from Paytm Mall: "Your account has been restricted by our system surveillance bot from availing return or replacement for the item(s) in your cart. You can still go ahead and make the purchase." HELP urgently!

    @Paytmcare My payment was failed though money was already deducted from my slice credit card account. I tried to contact with Paytm coustomer care team but there is no response from your side. I kindly request you to please raise this issue and solve it soon.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @PaytmMoney A fruad happen with me on 2nd-Oct-2019 & I registered the complaint "142072581"on 3rd Oct to recover my account,I used to call paytm everyday 3-4 hours to resolve my issue, However they don't uknow basic English nd proper writing issues

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Any company operating in a country like india should have robust & adequate infrastructure to serve the large number of customer's.Paytm has not been able to handle neither fasttag issues or payment frauds. Every day their are 10000 of frauds.

    Paytm a big cheat company. Using paytm merchant service is the worst decision.. unnecessary charges are taken by them. first they assure no charges for device then they cut money automatically which we receive from our customer. That is our hard earned money. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @IntrCity avoid their service, its pathetic. Their contact No doeant work, the bus driver No theu share is fake, the bus tracking link doesnt work, if you are in a new place, high chances that you will miss the bus. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have a Paytm business account. I don't have any sound box but they deducted Rs. 496/- every month from last 2 month. The customer care number is not working. Invoice No: 8564169787 Invoice Date: 31.05.2026. this is fraud.

    @Paytmcare Hi Vinod, Thanks. Yes, the promo was available yesterday, and I was able to redeem it. It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
