And if we choose different options it always shows the bank servers is not responding. I have tried all the cards and NetBanking options also tried the upi option as well.

The store managers are never available and the hard working staff is left at the mercy of irate customers. @Paytm and cash are accepted. Please fix ASAP.

Also confirmed with the message proofs and even call recording that I have from operator on the bus cancellation, so Paytm should be responsible to issue the refund to the customer and go in legal way against the operator
