@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytm Yesterday I won 1000 rupees cashback on Paytm and promised me cashback credited within 24 hours but I haven't received cashback. I called customer care but they are responding that you didn't win cashback. What a disgusting service

@vijayshekhar @Paytm I had a very bad experience using Paytm Postpaid....I would advise all postpaid users to operate postpaid account carefully, it updates payment late every month due to server error and charges late fee. Please get it closed as soon as possible.
