@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytm @Paytmcare are looting the customers with their ******* strategy.example : while booking the movie tickets it takes gst and convenience fee and cancellation charges totally 50 Rs per customer . after booking ,@Paytm only cancel the order not by customers.

@paytm worst service ever. transferred my money from wallet to bank and it have been more than 4 days my money stuck in wallet and showing pending. Firstly they tell me that it will be credited in 3 working days but now they are saying that it will take 5 working days more.
