@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

Bogus customer service by @Paytm like their shares. Ticket no 22052008599 was closed without my concern. Rather than reopening the same ticket they have generated new ticket 22052400780 and the issue is still not resolved after 3 weeks of time. @Paytmcare is #bogus.

@Paytmcare My nodal desk complaint number is 3124250932. They told me that my wallet money will be credited in my bank account within 2 days. It has been 4 days nobody is picking up call and not replying to email. Whole month has been passed still my issue is not resolved.
