@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytm I paid credit card bill through paytm on 4th September till now the money not added to Andhra bank credit card. There is no way to contact customer care so I chat to paytm they told transaction is success then i went to bank they told money not received

@Paytmcare I'm having a major issue with Paytm gold where my transactions are not seen. There is no channel to escalate and your support team smartly disconnected the call stating they can't hear me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and support from @Paytm
