@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytm @RBI One of my customer did Rtgs was on 21st Oct having UPI ref Id-129317118843 till now I have not received the payment not reversed. There is no point of contact also for paytm where I can see and ask like other bank. Kindly update the status.
