@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytmcare @Paytm Why is your postpaid service so irritating. Suppose a person forgets to pay a due amount because of being busy. Your support people start calling. That is fine. But why tf they ask you to pay the amount on call.
