    @Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

    Dear @Paytmcare Please have a look into this order i.d : 17038085341. This is not completed yet... Why you guys always fail in customer services..that's why paytm shares falls @RBI Pls help payment stucked in paytm from last 2 days..paytm has worst wallet services ever.

    @PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

    @vijayshekhar sir, @Paytmcare I'm really disappointed by paytm's customer services , I used Paytm's Gateway and Order Id was 89723290 but it got failed and I complaint and sent details via DM'S but didn't get any resolution even a reasonable reply yet. Please Help

    @HDFC_Bank @Paytm I tried booking flight tickets on Paytm app...₹8200 got deducted from my HDFC account and flight tickets weren't booked...still haven't received the amount back in my account...please resolve the issue at the earliest.
