How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!
