    @Paytmcare now Paytm care on twitter has also stopped replying to me after customer support in the app and over calls and now you guys are not even responding to my texts ..didn't expect this from Paytm .but I just wanted you to know i will be filling complaint now against Paytm.

    @Paytm I got my Avatar show booked from paytm cancelled today. I got the reduced amount refunded to me. transaction reference ID: 235027237082. I find it really difficult to explain this in your "Help & Support" section as no option to directly talk and chatbot does not help.
