    @vijayshekhar What are you going to do? There is no point pretending that your company is not in deep trouble (and no, its not just the stock price). Shut down businesses that won't show a reliable path to profit in X qtrs. Stop the bleed. Step up and be counted please @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hi Paytm, Will you be refunding my cancelled flight ticket refund. Because I have cancelled it like 10 days back. Multiple calls to customer care but nothing is progressing. Think need to shift to another app for flight booking. #poorcustomerservice
