@Paytm @Paytmcare Hey guys yesterday a transaction I did was failed but the amount was deducted from paytm wallet. I tried raising a complaint through your 24/7 customer support on the paytm app but didn't get a satisfactory response. So all I want is a satisfactory solution.

F*** u @Paytm @Paytmcare. Just done a transaction of Rs. 450 to local merchant, in my app it shows successfully done, but merchant says he didn't recieved it. After talking to your customer care they cut my call without even resolving the issue. You wasted my Rs450. FU Paytm

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Not expected this service from Paytm Received a damaged product and your team raised a replacement ticket and widout giving resolution, they closed the ticket. When I called again, they told me to share the documents again.
