    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar my son had football trail today and the money got stuck through upi transaction by your back ,he raised the ticket and it was written you guys will respond in 4hrs and customer care is 24x7 , Don't make fake promise when you guys can't do it

    @Paytm Does Paytm only play IVR followed by message for resolution to customer issue. Tried n number of time to connect for resolution for payment related issue couldn't connect. Irony.. customer cared by Paytm or.... just IVR..

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @ShieldVoC Now paytm is going worst no service nor any customer support. no one is there to resolve issue. I paid my electricity bills and in 7 days not update and customer support showing 24x7 but no support. Worst app

    @Paytmcare I am still trying to contact with Paytm for some issue in my UPI payment but not responsed on call and 24*7 help desk So, How to use it's in our daily life? Paytm, improve your help desk service either not served so many waste features in one application.
