    @Paytm @Paytmcare FRAUD. On paying the Amount to Ts @TSPCybercrime echallan Paytm has charged 300Rs extra and when asked for reason they are unable to resolve and not Responding. I would approach RBI COMPLAINT CELL IF ISSUE NOT RESOLVED.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank i think your customer care people doesn't even know about the facilities in the #paytm app i guess. They were not ready to solve and only planning to switch the calls to another team.🙏 Really unexpected from the Paytm team

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm I was a regular customer and didn't prefer any other payment options. Now seems like it's time to look for alternative payment option. One thing is for sure, never purchase fastag from them, always prefer it from your bank or else you'll be stuck the way i'am
