@Paytm @vijayshekhar I opted loan from Paytm(loan acc no is PYTMPL_ABFL756583851) and got email that loan get disbursed, but its been 7 days now loan is noy disbursed.There is no customer care for loan dept nither char is working for loan. You charged interested and not credited

@Paytmcare Had an issue with the wallet. Escalated multiple times for the past 9 days. Looks like no one bothers to respond or no one knows how to resolve. Pathetic. I wrote your group CFO for an intervention. Best joke is your 24 X 7 support in the app. Absolutely no use

Placed a order on Meesho app on 4 may at 11:57pm. Amount debited but order not placed. Still I didn't get my refund yet. From paytm transaction is successfully processed. But from Meesho I didn't get my refund. Poor service by Meesho. @Meesho_Official @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago
