@Paytm @paytmcare @paytmbankcare how careless r u ppl abt ur custmers? I am a customer of yours for more than 5 yrs. I had done kyc physically. Now after resetting my mobile I m being asked for kyc. when I m tryin to submit aadhar no. it says , aadhar already in use.Same for PAN.

@Paytmcare Thanks @Paytmcare for resolving the issue, it would be really helpful if there is a better visibility on the support provided, also enable phone support for postpaid like other Paytm services.

@PaytmMoneyCare @Paytm Terrible terrible service. For hours on customer care service but no satisfactory response whatsoever executives do not answer calls even after very very long and lengthy waits horrible service very unhappy with IVR too many lengthy has too many unnecessary questions.
