@Paytmcare @Paytm I've tried to redeem my IOCL EXTRAREWARDS POINTS on dt. 17.08.21, points deducted in my IOCL wallet but not credit in my paytm wallet due to server down of IOCL. transaction id 160850290 Dt & time 17.08.21, 6:23 pm Kindly resolved my issue.

@Paytm i have ordered gold coin from Paytm gold, After 10 days also still i waiting for the delivery also after several complaint also I am not getting any response from Paytm side. Is this kind of service excpected from Paytm? Please resolve the issue asap.
