@Paytmcare worst service from Paytm customer care. Not able to resolve the Paytm postpaid transaction issue for past 12 hours. I am surprised to hear that no customer care support for Paytm postpaid

@Paytmcare My account was blocked (7904879291) and i have raised the ticket to unblock the account, it almost three days didn’t received any response yet, i don’t know what’s going on, so kindly resolve the issue soon.

I don’t understand why anyone uses Paytm for payments, because it’s such an underrated app. Unlike Google Pay or PhonePe, where customer support is excellent and you can get a direct call contact number, Paytm doesn’t offer any real way to communicate. @Paytmcare @Paytm
