@Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytmcare Today finally I got a call from customer care and I m extremely not satisfied with the service provided by Paytm executive and the agent was very rude to me and not even trying to listen to me and just disconnected my call after few minutes.

@Paytmcare Pathetic service and customer care even worst. They are not keen on resolving issus even it continues for months together. Simply inform customer to follow the SMS Link and log acomplaint. To the surprise you only able to log a issue only if it is on there predefined issue list.
