@consumerforum_ @Paytm 1. I reach them for account unfreeze 2. They say issue will be resolved in 4 days 3. Then after one day they say that issue will be resolved in 48 hours 4. Then they said we can't reach you so we are closing the support ticket.

Why is it so hard to reach your customer care operators @Paytm. Its so confusing that one would rather loose money than wait for the unlimited options. Why not just have a cutomer care number instead?
