    @Paytmcare worst service from Paytm customer care. Not able to resolve the Paytm postpaid transaction issue for past 12 hours. I am surprised to hear that no customer care support for Paytm postpaid

    @Paytmcare My account was blocked (7904879291) and i have raised the ticket to unblock the account, it almost three days didn’t received any response yet, i don’t know what’s going on, so kindly resolve the issue soon.

    @rajualam @Paytm SAME ISSUE WITH ME. Daily I get a message from paytm to my paytm postpaid bill. I am ready to pay but is not working. I called the customer care , no use. I messaged the support to help me pay the bill. till now no reply. And then i get a message that i will be charged late fees

    I don't know what wizardry these @Paytm folks have used, but the experience with UPI transfers on Paytm is consistently good. Zero failures. Just shocked and stunned, to be honest, at how good they are with this, especially when the rest of the UPI services are so terrible.

    You people aee not replying or resolving my issue at all it's been more than 3 hours no support has been provided yet. I think it's not safe to keep money in paytm cos you can block anyone's account anytime you wish to.I need a quick response from your side @Paytm @paytmbankcare

    @paytmbankcare Yeah I know paytm is highly safe and secure. It's most likely a false positive. I just informed you nothing else, thank you. Also this handle of yours @paytmbankcare is giving good customer service but @paytmcare handle is very poor they never reply to private ***.
