@Paytmcare worst service from Paytm customer care. Not able to resolve the Paytm postpaid transaction issue for past 12 hours. I am surprised to hear that no customer care support for Paytm postpaid

@PaytmBusiness order no. 19213664488 for the card machine. Placed order 27th September delivery expected 14th October. No action was taken and called customer care many times and all excuses in a rude manner. The guy literally said take your money back. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@FASTag_NETC Please assist me in migrating away from @Paytm. They won't let me order a replacement tag. There is no way to close/deactivate the current fastag account. @Paytmcare keeps taking you in circles on that customer support chat without any resolutions.
