    @Paytmcare made a self account money transfer at 7pm today and still now it is not credited. @Paytm again started playing with peoples money... Solve the issue and give my money back

    @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare just checked, Paytm has failed my transaction and telling payment will be refunded. And here they were in fully confidence that we have sent payment. What a worst service ever, they don’t have any proper customer care support also, the worst Ai chatbot only comes.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm you have third class customer support. I have been repeatedly trying to get status on my ticket 500009441446,but all my efforts to reach you are in vain.Try to understand not every query can be solved through BOT,keep an option open for human interaction.

    @Paytmcare Hello Sahil, when can i get the refund ? I have deducted another Rs.649 due to NACH failure for the other EMI. So far i have been deducted with Rs. 1298 because of this issue. Who will compensate it?
