@Paytm The worst customer care service.. I was hoping for my refund of Rs. 750/- which was wrngly done by me to another no. Submitted the PPBL form & was hoping to get it back, but aftr talking to executive he straight away denied by telling it will be not done. We are Sorry. Worst

@manzoorh88 @Paytmcare Exactly the same thing I faced and when I tried contacting support for almost two weeks and all I got was automated robot replies, and no answers I resulted to Unitask_assist on Instagram and they got everything to work in few mins

I subscribed for Paytm Service Agent about a Month ago, but still didn't received the starter kit. It shows as delivered in the app. once I contacted paytm they said it will delivered shortly.still No information .I want to cancel Subscription and refund money. @Paytm @Paytmcare
