@Paytmcare @Paytm I have my fastag linked to my Paytm Wallet and the wallet has been frozen, forcing me to go to a store and complete KYC. I've done that too. But, my wallet is still frozen. I'm paying double charges at tolls. No proper customer service.

@Paytmcare I was to get a refund of 842 rupees for a cancelled two wheeler insurance 30 days ago. 30 days have passed but got no news of it. You even stopped responding to my twitt now. How poor service... Phonepe settle it within 2 days....
