@Paytmcare I ordered a Fastag from Paytm App on the 9th of March 2022. At the time 350/- was paid instantly from my side. But I never received it till now and the app shows that it was delivered on the 15th of March. Pls, help me to get the Fastag or issue a refund.

@Paytmcare after calling several times there's no resolution or help provided by the so called 24x7 help desk. Only a request number 5022902721 is provided. Our POS machine has been undergoing deductions for 175 and 59 rupees every month, whereas the sim card is not provided.
