Extremely dissapointed with service provided by @PaytmTravel. The flight was canceled by the airlines and there was no comms from you. Status of my booking still shows confirmed. I don't even know if the refund process is initiated or not @Paytm @PaytmTravelCare

@Paytmcare @Paytm such a worst and third class service. I have tried to pay the postpaid due on 7th AUG 2021 but couldn't make due to your app was keep redirected to home page when click to pay. After making several attempts till 11.59 pm and I was really frustrated..

@Paytmcare @Paytm I am facing worst experience with Paytm fastag. I know one97 communication doesn't work like this, but few guys are way too irresponsible. I have raised an issue regarding refund one month back and its still not resolved.

. @Paytm @Paytmcare Your website is not giving an option to add money via Netbanking or BHIM UPI Website login requires QR code from phone. So you cant login or add money on website without phone. Why not make it completely App only?
