@Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm is popular wallet with zero customer service. Even after dozens of attempts, you can’t get through with customer care executives. If your query is not of standard nature, no way it can be solved. Money stays with wallet as u r not able to spend it.

I am frustrated now..on 24 June 2022 i tried to fo v-kyc for paytm hdfc credit card but cannot complete.. after 20 days tried to do so the v-kyc option was not there it can't connect to cx care, solve my issue asap( APn NO. 22F24078565960PG) @Paytm @PaytmCaress__ @nsitharaman

@Paytmcare @Paytm My postpaid is not working and you are doing nothing. Solve my problem as soon as possible.. This will not work, or else I will leave using Paytm. It like 7 to 8 days Paytm postpaid is not working.

Dear @Paytm what my fault between you and @TheOfficialSBI , I paid from sbi debit card and you were the agent of @RailMinIndia , after 4 daya of ticket cancellation still I am awaiting for refund despite giving huge charges of cancellation charges and your service charges.
