@Paytm its look like that you guys are in habits to cheat the people, and also the customer service is worst, after doing more than 15 conversation issue is still not fixed, takw some good employees who even understand the issue not just copy paste.

@Paytm On 23 April Refund from flipkart of 99999rs. Failed due to total wallet limit exceeded now i have emptied wallet so that refund can be process but not getting proper response from paytm, they are not listening from 23 to today they did nothing help me to get out of this.

@Paytmcare why hold back Rs400 as reserve fastag balance if I cannot use when Paytm blnc is 0?Why such a big amount in the 1st place?Until the reserve blnc is exhausted fastag should keep working. Why holding back customer's money?Pls look into these malpractice @NHAI_Official
