    Hello @Paytmcare , I received a whatsapp message from a number, acting as paytm care executive with regard to my paytm postpaid payment issue. I made a payment for paytm postpaid dues of 11239 which was debited from my bank account and not credited to paytm postpaid dues. 1/2

    @seadeep24 @Paytm Probably because their audience is not as woke (desktop-first) and they survive on data to service customer needs and justify their own value. Without app, you have very less idea about the customer. All app-first companies might have to solve it in near future.

    I think @Paytm is not working for making their company better but they were trying to earn money than customer's, in recent years i have thought paytm is the best platform but now I have understood it as a worst that i have ever seen...

    @Paytmcare I will give you 1 rating very bad rating due to my automatic payment deduction from my paytm account, who give you right automatic deduction from paytm customer account

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @PaytmAshaKiran Dear concerned, I have been imposed penalty of Rs. 500 for late payment of post paid bill. Can you just reverse the same. I might be a valuable customer. Else will pay........I want to feedback the issues with your appp, but let it be!
