    @Paytmcare I have already wasted too many days on that issue by listening "we can not do anything because we are just a mediator of money transfer" from your side, now dont want to spent more. However you have to revaluate your duty and service towards your customers.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare On 09.09.2021 Payment transaction failed but my account debited with Rs.580. UPI Ref ID-125238625517. I have not yet received back the amount. Whether PayTM has any responsible Customer Care Executive to resolve the issue?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Till Few days ago,My Uber fares were paid from PayTM postpaid automatically if Wallet balance was low but now it is not working. Help option in App is pathetic as they keep asking for screenshots then videos.Are you making fools of your customers?@vijayshekhar
