And it is so hard to connect to Customer Care thru your app.

Joel Joel (@Joel005003) reportedAvoid using @Paytm for bookings. My refund (Booking ID: 26895052700) was initiated on 16 April and still not credited after 13+ days. No proper response despite repeated follow-ups. This is harassment and unacceptable service. RBI complaint filed. Expecting immediate resolution.

I can receive otp but there is no provision to login to app with otp alone. What kind of stupid design is this where one can't even login to app?
