    There is no way to contact your support team. I raised a ticket, tried calling, and even raised my concern here, but received no response.Where am I supposed to get support? Who will compensate me for this issue? Isn’t Paytm responsible for resolving problems caused @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

    @Paytmcare Stop this nonsense & give me remaining data balance as per your recharge plan, check ticket Id & your support chats so you clearly understand what fake recharge plans you showing to your customers, let everyone see that you misusing your customers trust.
