Hey @Paytmcare I did a UPI transaction yesterday through your app and my money got debited but never went to the sender. Both the respective banks @TheOfficialSBI and @KotakBankLtd are giving no valid response and neither are you. Kindly fix this ASAP before I escalate this.

@Paytm i had tŕansfer the amount from paytm wallet to my bank account but till now the status is in pending .. customer care no. Is not responding error is showing while calling.. is this service is being giving to customers by paytm.

Hello @Paytm from yesterday i am facing an issue to receive the reward amount from @college_dunia in my #PaytmWallet Inspite of having complete KYC and a old customer how this type of problem arises??? I don't have any alternative no linked with Paytm so please solve ASAP 🙏

Hey, @Paytmcare @Paytm @RBI I've raised a issue in paytm help section for a transaction dispute of ₹3000(which was withdrawan from ATM, amount was not received but amount was deducted from my account )it's been 2 days since requesting for help and I'm only receiving questions.
