    @Paytm @PaytmTravel This is the WORST customer experience ever. I booked a flight more than an hour ago, payment was taken instantly, but the ticket is STILL “Confirming Booking”. No PNR, no update, nothing. Even the airline shows NO BOOKING FOUND. Ticket ID: 200000747218

    @sn1393 @Paytmcare As per the rules, you are eligible for a full refund. If you have not received it yet, you should go legal against them and connect with @getmyrefundin They will help you get back all your money from these people

    @Paytm Paytm took all my data, completed KYC, activated Postpaid & even got an e-signed loan agreement of 60k in advance for a limit of just ₹ 1000. But the Postpaid payment option still doesn’t appear. 09 Dec, Ticket ID: 200000734334 still “We are working on it!” Anyone facing this?
