@Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmBank Getting issues now and then in your app. It's saying failed to validate user details and then m not able to recharge,pay or do anything! If this is frequently happening I have no other option except than leaving Paytm and moving to other platforms!

@Paytmcare First you restrict your customers to your own "policies" violating the norms prescribed by @RBI & other regulatory bodies and then ask for screenshot? (which ironically can't be taken as it's not permitted in 24x7 help center) Anyways, sending a DM right away.
