Dear @Paytm, If I am buying a flower and paying it through paytm app at 6pm, the transaction notification comes at 8.30pm when I'm reaching home. I could be in danger due to your system issues. Please fix it at earliest to avoid issues at many of the families. TYIA

@Paytm why cant I get my refunds for failed transactions if I dont use your app? Why cant I simply get resolutions as before, on your website? It should be my choice to download your app, isnt it?
