I am already trying through Paytm Bank channels but KYC is still not happening—Video KYC fails repeatedly and offline agent is also unable to process due to their own KYC issue.

Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

Why they are keeping customer on wait stated that RA is not approved so it will take 44 days @Paytm
