    @Paytmcare @Paytm I'm tired of trying to reach a real human being. Unable to close my FastTag since few weeks as paytm intends to return deposit to my wallet but it's throwing an error when I try to 'Activate Wallet'

    @RockWithboAt 1/2 You delayed, you created problems, you are processing refund and now you expect me to check with the bank. Why? Does it make sense It is your responsibility to track the refund status and complete it. The only information I can tell you is that I have used @Paytm UPI.

    Its so unprofessional behaviour from @Paytm and @flyspicejet that one can expect. Its been more then month they are still working on my refund. They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
