  @Paytmcare @Paytm even when customer care called the moment I said I wanted to deactivate the Soundbox the call was disconnected. Another representative called back I explained everything again and I was told the issue was resolved but nothing was actually done I'm still being charged every month

  @Paytmcare Dear Ria, Please let me know how much time you will need to verify and settle a refund transaction from your end, and why a customer will wait for so long to get his money refunded. Kindly revert the amount otherwise I will be forced to take some legal action

  I got so many calls for the refund generated for Order ID 27253745051 from Phone number +91 70517 89706 stating my Car insurance payment has been declined and I have to pay again. But never got the refund of the cancelled service. @Paytm please look into the matter.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm cares only for money & frustrating its users, even after so much downfall paytm hasn't learnt it's lesson. You issue cash back code it's showing its already been used though code was never used, screenshot & source of code provided still want more proof of video

  @Paytmcare How long will you be providing repeated computerise message if you can't provide a service shut off your services.. ek simple transaction your app is showing that the code is already used but the code hasn't been used yet.. it's been 2 days already since the complaint was raised

  Pro tip : Avoid typos of CAR NUMBER while checking car insurance premiums or renewal options on Paytm. Paytm will run behind you FOREVER despite it’s not about your car. @Paytm : FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

  @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I am not able to login to my paytm for business account. While tried in web giving me error as Merchant configuration issue. What is this issue. Today in my shop i received many payment. Now not able to login to my paytm for business app. Please help
