Hello @Paytm @PaytmBank there was a suspicious deduction from my account on 23 sept. I have reported issue with in 45 mins. Before deduction i didn't got any notification or alert and i haven't permitted it.I have raised a support ticket but didn't got any satisfying response.

@Paytmcare Since I ported my number recently, your app smartly detects a new SIM, but stupidly concludes that the number is changed and even asks me to update my number! And your so called 24x7 help (sic) offers no solution.

Got tired of reaching out the paytm customer support.Sent all the required documents and proofs to proof my legitimacy but still didn't got problem resolved. It's been around 10 days since my account got blocked but still no good response from the team.Worst experience.@Paytmcare
