@Paytmcare @Paytm I had done a payment of 390.21 Rupees on 25/10/22 to RealienceStore.But Money was not Received by Merchent.I asked the Bank but they told to ask with the Paytm for refund because the amount was Debited. So I need Help in this.I had Send the Details to your IB.

@2021Kashif @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Maybe, but it's not a monopoly. Or maybe it is. Such brand loyalty just puzzles me. I maybe different, I just go for the convenient & better option. In the end it's the just CC payment. On time payments matter, no time for waiting at customer end

@Paytmcare I have tried to repay the amount but due to technical error it couldn't happened. And now they charged penalty 590 which i didn't paid. But still no response by postpaid care and costomer care representatives calling me frequently to pay the amount
