    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    What a pathetic customer service is thi, @Paytm? I asked why the minimum order value wasn't mentioned in Flipkart's T&Cs, and your executive is just reading back the voucher terms instead of answering my question.

    @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare For the second booking ID 27263012824 (PNR: Y662GY), I have also re-attached the official IndiGo Tax Invoice confirming the statutory airport tax refund of ₹1,221.00. Please link both of these tracking amounts to my active support Ticket #200012164355. Thank you!
