@redBus_in @Paytmcare you are requested to BAN rathore bus service on your portal. Very poor quality buses. Today bus departed from bikaner to Ajmer at 4 pm and arrival time 11 pm but still 2 hrs late due to technical issues. Management has no care, no arrangement of other bus.

After such bad customer experience with @Paytmcare i would genuinely no longer suggest anybody to use Paytm because if due to any unforseen circumstances u have to undergo a phone number change, it would be a headache to get it done by them. Would suggest @GooglePayIndia instead

I also fear the privacy issue with my govt id cards linked via KYC to an old number which I no longer have access to. Very poor execution of customer support and very inconvenient for any user. @Paytm i was a true customer of yours for past 4 years and you lost me today. Pity.
