@Paytm Respected Sir/Madam I'm user of your paytm app for a very long time. On 16 Dec 22 a tried to make a payment of 1200/-.The amount was deducted from my wallet but merchant didn't receive the same. I made numerous complaints to the customer care but till date no refund initiated.

@ManojSaru @Paytm UPI is the fastest as per my experience, @GooglePayIndia UPI is often very slow and I mostly use it for saving cards for contactless since that works awesome and is super fast. Amazon Pay UPI for guaranteed rewards wherever applicable. Never used anything else.

@Paytm As per standing instruction the amount of Rs. 3630 has been debited from my account towards the bill payment at West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL). Though WBSEDCL has denied the payment received. Now the amount is debited. Kindly support.
