@Paytm I have done rent payment on 31 May , but till now it's not processed in bank account, order Id - 13829829984, I have done another rent payment it's done same time , plz process the earlier payment on priority basis. Yours customer support team is not responsive very poor

Pathetic Service by @Paytm @Paytmcare. It’s been 5 months and you still don’t care about your customer. If the issue is at merchant’s end - @excitel_rocks, why can’t you simply release the payment success to merchant. Who’s gonna provide my refund?

@Paytmcare Dear concern as I already mailed you from my account, my issue is I have paid my Paytm postpaid bill on 1/6/2021 the amount is already deducted from my bank account, but not created in my postpaid account, I have attached the screen shot too kindely go through the matter

I like @Paytm payment gateway more than @Razorpay in many respects. People complain of HDFC Bank missing from @Razorpay when I give them payment link. Paytm wallet being not available is another big issue. Paytm also has faster settlement.

@Paytmcare @Rajiv8021 It's also happened with me I used Paytm postpaid actively since the time when Paytm launched Postpaid services apart from user's interest and despite of regular clearance of dues suddenly Postpaid Service is withdraw, currently I also avoiding use of paytm account #paytmpostpaid
