    @Paytm I have done rent payment on 31 May , but till now it's not processed in bank account, order Id - 13829829984, I have done another rent payment it's done same time , plz process the earlier payment on priority basis. Yours customer support team is not responsive very poor

    @Paytm @PaytmBusiness it's irritating to speak to your customer care team, I have been trying to get help from 6th June but no help at all till date so have to take this step. There is a huge amount stuck in paytm for business wallet which I am unable to transfer to bank acnt

    @Paytm @Paytmcare you give the option to pay credit card bill using debit card in app.. but you don't support both mastercard and visa debit card.. which other variant do you support which is available in India? Answer please! #Paytm

    @Paytmcare I did a transaction of ₹ 3000 in a whole day, then Paytm customer care did not get me any advantage over anyone. Please provide the amount available at the time of transaction.

    @Freecharge Yesterday i made a rent payment and still my payment not credited in landlord account. Why you guys work very slow? I think i have to again shift on @Paytm beacuse paytm transfer rent money within few seconds and you guys take approx 24 hours. Please check this issue

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I've raised an issue regarding the vouchers that I'm not able to redeem. The issue was to be resolved by 10th June, 2021 but it hasn't been resolved yet and there's no communication from customer care. Highly disappointed with customer care service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness Card Machine S/N G2R0W302433 - Paytm is charging extra on debit and credit card payment, I am chasing with Paytm since 24th March 2021. Worst service personnel in customer care. I sm very frustrated with customer care executive.
