@Paytm I have done rent payment on 31 May , but till now it's not processed in bank account, order Id - 13829829984, I have done another rent payment it's done same time , plz process the earlier payment on priority basis. Yours customer support team is not responsive very poor

The worst customer care belongs to Paytm business. On twitter they say DM , when I send a message they reply telling me to send an email , but only robots reply to the emails and no body listens to your complaints @paytm @rbi @Paytmcare totally disappointed 😔 . Beware !!!

@Paytm you can see 2 tweets against my previously lodged complain claiming themselves as Paytm Customer care. But none of them is verified. I also got call from those. Pls take necessary action against these fraudulent.
