@Paytm I have done rent payment on 31 May , but till now it's not processed in bank account, order Id - 13829829984, I have done another rent payment it's done same time , plz process the earlier payment on priority basis. Yours customer support team is not responsive very poor

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmMoney What is your procedure for KYC? I have not requested any amount of loan from Paytm but I am constantly getting emails from your support team about sanctioned loan, EMI schedule and convenience fees. The customer service is just pathetic. Resolve asap

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar it's frustating with Paytm KYC in app it shows bunch of centers where we can update KYC and if we go there they say KYC is not available or chargable Why can't you provide a service where you come home and do KYC?
