Dear @Paytm I am unable to pay my @airtelindia postpaid bill using your app. I have raised a query it's almost a week now and the deadline was Oct 25 eod. Every time I ask for an update on my issue by the customer care it gets postponed by 2 to 3 days and the due date is done.

@Paytm I'm trying to close my Paytm postpaid account and they are not even showing that option in application. I've been trying to close from a long time such a shame on you Paytm. My experience with Paytm postpaid was terrible.
