    @Paytmcare @Paytm I received a cashback of 1000 rupees yesterday and before processing it you removed it from the history, that is u ethical and wrong Now I'm calling Paytm costumer support and they hold my line from 40 mins. Dear Paytm can u explain what is this behaviour..🤔

    @AmiteshJaiswal8 @Paytm They are worst when it comes to customer service. Best part is, all the services being offered by PayTM are available in most of the alternative platforms. I have already withdrawn all kind of dependency from payTM except Fastag, Soon going to replace it as well.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm Vijay Bhai , aapka KYC theek Karo. 70% customers have given up using Paytm because of KYC issues. I don't understand how on earth you don't get this feedback even from twitter. Can you reply with what 2+3-√9 ?

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I have a return commitment in email from your team that the amount will be credited to my account by the end of the day. The issue has been pending since 3rd of November. Consistently you have failed in your commitments.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank If you really did not intend to give it to the customer. I have been using Paytm since 2017 and I have promoted Paytm to my friends in many ways and this is what Paytm is doing to their customers. I am really pissed by this behaviour of Paytm.

    Yesterday I won 1000 rupees cashback on Paytm and promised me cashback credited within 24 hours but I haven't received cashback. I called customer care but they are responding that you didn't win cashback. What a disgusting service @Paytm @Paytmcare
