@Paytm limit 😰.would shift to @GooglePay if not resolved in next 24hrs. Using Paytm from many years, all KYC done and now my account is blocked asking a KYC .have money in wallet. poor customer support. No calling facility only system generated chats.never been harassed so much.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I had lodged complaint- ticket no.22051683614, but it was closed resolution. My problem is that in my paytm account, Sonyliv subscription is linked for automatic payment and subscriptions. I am unable to cancel it as it says" User mobile number is Not present"

I really wish @paytm had better support. With the large numbers, it would've been so good to have humans helping the needy. The App is good, the services are quick and sensible, why not invest in some customer care executives @vijayshekhar ji..
