@Paytmcare Lost Rs.10,100 today through an online fraud. Got a message allegedly from Paytm to update my KYC and I foolishly went ahead with the process. Turns out, he was a fraudster. I have lodged a complaint with the Cyber cell. I have his ybl id. Help!

@Paytmcare Paytm is having Extremely poor service in last 3 days I have tried 3 transactions in last 3 days and all of them went unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my account.And there is no accountability at all just have to wait for the amount to credit back #hopeless

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Paytm has shut down KYC service and that troubling decision making us in trouble. My funds stucked in Paytm and no more reply from care. Very brutal response. Start Paytm wallet KYC as per as possible. Very bad experience

Dear @Paytm Very poor Services. Mamy times amount deducted for prayer's account but not credited to vendor's account. So, vendor refuse to provide goods. Later on, payment get transferred to vendor's account after 2 days. In short we paid but get nothing. Kindly resolve issue
