Junking @Paytm for online transactions for two reasons: 1. Very high “convenience” fee to pay bills, add money to wallet from credit cards. 2. Lousy service. While other such services are easily adding my new card, Paytm refuses to do so. #fail I find @airtelbank very smooth.

even I followed their advice but google denied this and said we can’t do this and your google play account had not been recharged only. I also checked my google play account but it showed 0 balance. So even I shared screenshot with @Paytm support team but no solution.

@Paytmcare @Paytm Payment fraud was done while paying for petrol. At first instance QR scan showed name of Manoj Kumar and second time it showed Citiline petroleum pump. UPI ref last 4 digits are 3023. Please look into the matter urgently. All customer care lines are unresponsive
