    @vijayshekhar There hv been mltipl fraudulent complaints abt samar fashion Mantra Fab online shopping site. Ppl hv paid thru @Paytm and never recvd their prdct. Why Paytm is there as a payment optn on such fraud sites? Why cnt I get the payment bk if order is not recvd?

    @Paytmcare worst service I am mailing, calling and raising issue ticket no one there to fix the issue still saying to do kyc I have completed that also still my issue not resloved if any issue why allowing user to add money huge money got stuck and still no one there to help

    @Paytm I have my KYC done but my paytm wallet is debit freeze. You let the users to add money but not let them use it. I uploaded documents as well but no response. This is totally fraud. If you have issues with account why didn't you let the user stop while adding money itself ?
