@Paytmcare after a half an hour call with your customer care executives, I was put on a dormant line with a dial up sound when I asked to escalate the matter. No response for the next 10 minutes. This is bad customer redressal and my problem is still not solved!

@Paytmcare i want to close Paytm postpaid account. Paytm has started cheating on name of convenience fee. Its also effected my CIBIL very badly. There is no any option to help, only fake autobot chat is there for time pass.
