@Flipkart @Paytm I recommend you guys to find a better courier partner for the shipments to Kerala. @EcomExpress_Ofc provides the worst service here. I have 2 shipments pending currently from Flipkart and Paytm.

Update: the issue was resolved and I was able to do the transactions. @Paytm @Paytmcare you need to do a lot of improvement in your customer care if you have so many services. With such a delayed response you are going to have more churn rates.
