  @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.   I booked a flight ticket on 7th April 2026 for my brother, but mistakenly entered the name as Kesar Lama instead of Keshar Lama. The travel date is 22nd April 2026, and the issue is still unresolved. Kindly request you to correct the name at the earliest. @Paytm @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare have been emailing and calling support team, yet there has been absolutely no response. Refund for Order ID (26712827154) has already been processed by airline but not credited by Paytm. If not resolved ASAP I am left with no other option but escalate with DGCA & NCH
