Not satisfied with the customer service of @Paytm. They say that we have raised the ticket and will get back to you within 4 hours but it's been 24 hours nothing happened 🤔.

@Paytm @Paytmcare your app basically doesn’t have a help feature. The bit is beyond pathetic. Used to advocate you over gpay etc. order 202208141123440046 didn’t get cash back as offered in Social Carter Road. No way to even contact. Just not says here is discount to macD

@AeronPay I don’t know how this company will compete with other apps such as @Paytm @PhonePe . Now money stuck in wallet can’t use for pay credit card bills. Made really silly changes. Yeh joh churi churi tum log changes kar rahe ho without informing your customer it will not let app grow.
