    Paytm @Paytmcare Your AI support is frustrating. It traps users in endless automated replies with no easy way to reach a human agent. AI should assist, not replace customer support especially when people’s money is involved.Please bring back easy access to human support. #Paytm

    My Soundbox(Device ID: 869100074306497) is not working. It worked only while charging earlier, but now it doesn't turn on at all. Your chatbot keeps repeating the same responses. Please connect me to a human executive and arrange a replacement or technician visit ASAP. @Paytmcare
