@Paytm has started charging your A/C to book tickets for any random person and claims that the user only booked the ticket. On asking for the proof of user online activity. They fail and keep asking for police directive to help further. I guess recovering for their stock this way

@Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

Hi @Paytm @PaytmMall I placed an order of Fasttrack on 14 th may having order id 18008438371. It was suppose to deliver by 19th may. Till today I have not received id . Your customer care is pathetic and does not have any info. Daily I get mail that it will delivered on that day.

@Paytm team my cousins phone number was replaced in paytm account in a fraud. After that in customer care he raised issue but no resolution it’s about 2 weeks. Every team is passing to another team. Seems no way to recover account soon ? Is it @Paytm na Karo? #paytm
