    @Paytmcare I sent the message , still no solution , is this a way @vijayshekhar paytm treats the customer??? A simple phone call will solve all the issue, but you people intentionally making us to wait for months

    @flyspicejet @Paytmcare @Paytm please update on this booking reference: 27438149596 and PNR: XCBMVC Refund has not been settled from Paytm side. SpiceJet has initiated the refund. Please check and update the ETA when I will get my flight refund. As it is past 10 working days.

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar
