  @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

  @Paytmcare If u don’t understood the issue, here it is, how come the gift card got redeemed on 6-6-26. On 5-6-26 the gift card is in valid state, u tried to redeem at pvrinox. But the code isn’t working. How it got redeemed on 6-6-26? Rather than expired on march-19-26? Kindly read tweet

  @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!

  @Paytmcare Kindly check dm sent required details 2 days ago. Its been a week I reported the issue in app & more than 2 days for tweet. Either there will be irrelevant response or no response. Sept-19-25 is the original buy date wd 1 year validity but u r saying June-19-25 6 mnths validity🫡

  @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.   @Paytm if u can't provide proper vouchers and ur support system is ONLY AI how can a customer contact support service. Why for everything u ppl need AI. i m not able to redeem the voucher but ur AI SYSTEM IS not Helping me as it doesn't have that feature. CRAZY

  Dear @Paytmcare Booked a flight for 20 July, but due to an apparent error in the booking application, my ticket was issued for 27 July instead. This has caused serious inconvenience. Despite raising the issue, it remains unresolved I request the concerned team to resolve.
