    @Paytmcare @Paytm Today I tried to book ticket from IRCTC(JP to MMCT) and paid via PayTM payment gateway. Money deducted from account but its showing timeout on PayTM gateway page. Also on IRCTC failed booking section, its showing status that Payment Initiated. Plz help

    @Paytmcare still no Response from Your Side please Check it fast. How much Time you will take for 380rs Redeem code. You cannot solve it. I m waiting for 11 hours. Till only Promise made you will get update shortly. But there is no Response till know from you. I m your Customer.

    Recently booked a flight through @Paytm, flight got canceled @flyspicejet isued full refund to @Paytm. There is no reply from paytm no customer support, just a mod chatbox on which you get no reply. Its been 11 days still waiting for refund without any reply. Never use #paytm

    @Paytm @PaytmCare @IndiGo6E Disappointed with the refund process for PNR EYFZ2Q.Despite IndiGo confirming a full refund, over ₹5000 was deducted by Paytm without clarity. AI support is unhelpful.Request immediate human intervention for #200011234779. #ConsumerRights #PaytmTravel
