@Paytm NEVER EVER BOOK YOUR FLIGHT TICKETS THROUGH PAYTM ....in case the flight gets cancelled you have to call minimum 20-25 times to customer care to get back your refund and it might be a one year process....better you can book through ease my trip & Happy easy go sites

Start to end happened from your payment system refund should be take care by you from start to end. You simply cannot deny any help on it. I need refund as @HDFCBank_Cares is saying it's not their responsibility as refund was not intiated by @Paytm and @Paytmcare
