@Paytm first they say successful transaction and amount got deducted but after sometime a pop up mess appears and said transaction failed due to serve but amount nit credited back to my account. As ur support chat seems crashed.Need revert asap @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare how to track refund and where should I raise the queries where the refund is processed by the merchant and there is no way paytm bank has any way to track it down. @vijayshekhar Paytm bank doesn't really solves the purpose then.
