Failed,plz try with lower amount or different payment mode.txn limit will revise as you continue using paytm." But i was able to add 5000 only and after that same error yestrday i added 10000 twice frm same card

Vinayak Naik (@vinayaksn) reported@Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.
