didn't get credit to his ac at the time of payment and had got debited from my account. Yesterday or day before yesterday, the payment got confirmed and the 3rd party app @Paytm is showing that the amt has got credited into his ac. But he is denying any credit, pls help.

The customer service of @Paytmcare @Paytm is the worst. I have a Postpaid service activated on my Paytm account which they provide in partnership with @AdityaBirlaGrp which is worse. They don't calculate the due amount in the correct manner and they keep on calling as harassment

Hi, @Paytmcare having an issue with my CIBIL score as I used your Paytm Postpaid service for my number 9407584572 and I paid all the bills and cleared all the dues but it's still showing in my CIBIL score as unpaid what is this you guys are defaming the good CIBIL score.
