@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Also, there is no way to reach paytm customer care regarding bank promotion cashback offers, which isn’t an acceptable behaviour because as a customer @Paytm is my only seller. I am looking forward to get this issue resolved immediately.

@Paytmcare Have been trying to get an issue resolved for last 7 days. The process that your AVR suggest doesn't work and am not able to talk with anyone. Raised online complaints (#176833049) that also gets canned response. Really don't understand how the care helps.@Paytm
