@Paytm No resolution availabile in your help section. For deducted money. Is there any chances to help your customer or customer has to find some other platform for transaction. I trusted Paytm hence using since long. But this time facing issue to resolve query.

@AlwaysProsenjit @Paytm @Paytmcare The same issue was with me Ask supplier to check his statement 2 -3 days after the transaction. Match transaction ID (UPI ref no.) In my case transaction got settled on next day in merchant account
