@Paytmcare @Paytm my paytm current account is inactive and I want to reactivate my current account so I have raised a request on paytm app 24×7 help on 25th November 2022 but till now no response from your support team. I can't expect that kind of behaviour by paytm.

@Paytmcare paytm interface is so bad, I spent 2 hours on the app but still couldn't find a way to reach out to customer care regarding replacement of my fastag. There's not even a way to write your query, no email id, everything's through the app and predefined.
