Hey @Paytm what’s this I paid dineout nd I recvd scratch card nd in that there’s cashback which’s showing that it’ll be credited in ur account in 24hrs but it’s about 4days it still showing pending nd also in ur 24*7 service there’s not any option to resolve it @Paytmcare @paytm

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @PMOIndia it is very frustratimg act from Paytm payments Bank .my money was struck in fixed deposit with Paytm trying to redeem it since last 7 days . It was not processing and you the employees at Paytm not even responding and making issue clear .

@Paytmcare I'hv logged 3rd ticket for the same issue over the last 2 months but not getting any resolution. Ticket# 3215684343 Don't respond with "DM your details". I've explained the issue multiple times & don't wish to waste time further. Your support is the worst of its kind.
