  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar The generic responses I’ve received "rest assured, we are working" are not helpful. There’s no clear reason for the delay or explanation for why this has taken so long. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.

  @Paytmcare I made a purchase on 4 April 2026 on Blinkit. As per your scratch card terms and conditions, the cashback was supposed to be credited within 15 days; however, it has still not been credited. Please look into this issue.

  Trying to onboard with Paytm Business but stuck at the very first step. I’m unable to contact support since it says I’m not a registered customer — but that’s exactly why I’m trying to onboard.
