@_sameernigam Your Customer Support is worst. The customer doesn't have a chance to put his problem. Thank God I don't use PhonePe. I realised how poor is your service, @Paytmcare is 20X better than PhonePe. When a customer in situation of difficulty can't contact support.

@PaytmMoneyCare What is the standard TAT for refunds ..why even after 20 days there is no clear revert from @Paytm ..this is really pathetic..I shouldn't have risked my momey with Paytm. I hav been investing in SIPs since 8 yrs never faced such problems, untill I opted for Paytm

@Paytmcare Does paytm really care about the customer satisfaction, i don't think so because when i raised an issue with the customer care today, you blocked my option to connect with the customer service executive and i am facing an issue with the paytm since morning.
