@Virendr65058658 Thank, Paytm! Not sure this has anything to do with me directly, tbh. More of an issue between @Paytmcare and @Uber_Support? When a recurring issue w/drivers, a) they may not be getting paid properly or b) have insufficient training w/the system. As a customer, it's annoying.

@Paytm @Paytmcare in the world where there is solid competition from Gpay and Amazon Pay, you guys suck at your customer service. Still, in todays world, One has to wait for 30mins, just like BSNL days, to reach to your customer executive and he sck it again. Worst in business.
