  @Paytmcare Need invoice for one of the Payment done for hotel but it is really pain to get it. Passbook doesn't show details for the merchant, Your customer care doesn't turn up so easily on call. Give me proper invoice for the Hotel payment done. Its painful to use Paytm.

  @Paytmcare All these words suits only during the beginning days of PayTM launch. Now a days customers are not able to reach out to PayTM customer care and the ticket customers raised has not been updated for lot of weeks. This is how the service offered to customers????

  @sachinmishra97 @Paytm @Paytmcare Paytm was good befor but nowadays it's bad as any other upi/wallet apps. Last week i done a txn and they said Rs25 flat cash back in 24hr but it's been 7 days till no cashback and no reply for my query at customer care
