  @Paytm Dear Paytm Support, This is regarding my flight ticket booking (PNR: 14N04D). I have already received official confirmation from the airline that my ticket has been refunded from their side, and the amount is to be credited within 15 working days. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received the refund in my account, which clearly indicates unnecessary delay from Paytm’s end. I want to make it very clear: - The airline has already processed the refund. - Any further delay is solely due to Paytm. - I have been following up for days but have received no proper resolution. If my refund is not credited immediately, I will be forced to: - File a complaint on Consumer Forum (NCH) - Escalate this issue on social media tagging Paytm - Take legal action for harassment and delay Kindly treat this as urgent and process my refund without any further excuses.   @Paytmcare No cashback has been credited, yet the issue is being marked as resolved. Kindly review the actual offer shown at the time of payment and provide a proper resolution instead of repeating the same response.

  @Paytmcare I made a credit card payment yesterday, but it has still not been settled or refunded to my account. The AI support bot on the app has not been helpful. I also contacted Paytm through X and was told that the amount would be settled within 8 hours. @RBI, please help

  @motorolaindia from last 2 weeks @Paytm app is not working in my Moto Edge 60 fusion, when I open the app it's showing an error - Device environment is not correct. Also there is no update pending on my device everything is up to date . Resolve this problem.

  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar The generic responses I’ve received "rest assured, we are working" are not helpful. There’s no clear reason for the delay or explanation for why this has taken so long. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.
