  @Paytmcare @Paytm Booked a flight ticket from paytm. Within 24 hours as per DGCA policy I am asking to reschedule the flight. I purchased zero cancellation which I am being told I will not get zero cancellation on Rescheduled ticket. I dont get this policy at all. Pls help

  @Paytmcare @Paytm ticket not resolving its been more than 48 hrs Ticket id - 200012533196 No one is responding over chat, no option to call, what a worst service it is !!! Deducted money for bus ticket, that has been cancelled by bus operator, now no refund has been processed.

  Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation.   I’ve made a UPI Transaction yesterday at 4:11 pm, it’s been debited from my acc but not credited in recipients acc, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer care for @Paytm & @aubankindia but to no avail, I’m just getting the bot response. It’s so unethical.
