@vijayshekhar @Paytm My Paytm wallet credit freeze. I want to change this but Paytm didn't want. I request Paytm many times but Paytm didn't accept my request & also didn't give any answer. Paytm is not interested to solve costumers problems.

so its my humble request to solve my issue if you are not able to solve then tell me directly we are not here to solve coustomer problem so that i will see alternate app for future transaction if my transaction is not safe on @Paytm then whats the benefit of using that app Thanks

i was only using @Paytm but your service make to move on another app because i can't afford mental tortures from your coustomer care service i know 64.9₹ is not huge amount but if this can happen once then in future possibility of happening this may increase
