    So I received my soundbox on 31th from @Paytm service centre after repair but what a service it’s still not charging. @vijayshekhar sir really poor service again @Paytmcare is telling 10to15 days And now my area is serviceable , it’s a humble request to help me in matter.

    @Paytmcare, I'm not able to load money. But, I'm not able to understand where the problem occurs. The main issue is there no customer care number or chat with human assistant is not available in Paytm App?

    @Paytm My paytm bank account is blocked Your customer support is just sending copy paste response of KyC update which I have done already yesterday still it is showing blocked. No reply in your DM too 😑
