@Paytmcare i recently ordered fastag on Paytm it asked certain details and then payment was done. Now the real problem starts the fastag which was supposed to be delivered was kept on hold stating that my Paytm wallet was on hold. If in that case they should have informed before.

Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare you should rename the 24x7 help section on your app to "FAQs". There is no option of chatting with a human. All you offer is stupid chatbot under fixed categories, that too incorrect..

@Paytmcare I am very dissapointed with the customer service of Paytm where they give no proper response and promised resolve the issue within a given time and failed to do so and they stop talking between the call so customer has no option except to disconnect #worstservice
