    @bigbasket_com I added an amount of ₹2000 by @Paytm (Wallet Reference No - 39778823903) to bbdaily (Big Basket Daily) sometime back. The amount has not been added and in the Recharge History section of bbdaily app, the transaction has been showed as "failed". There is no help.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm your services are so pathetic. I sold my car and as am trying to close the fast tag - this is the error i encounter and there is no proper support from the customer care as well. Can you fix this?

    I cant understand How the paytm customer care system is designed Tried multiple time but cant lead to connect the executive @Paytmcare @Paytm And if got a lead they cant even resolve a single problem
