  Dear @flyspicejet and @Paytm Earlier on May 17, 2020, I booked my flight from Mumbai to Amritsar but that flight got cancelled due to government restrictions and I got refund in Credit Shell. Problem is now I am not able to utilise that credit amount for another booking.

  @Paytmcare Do you care to resolve customer's issue? Do u have any customer support team who can reply to the queries or it's just the BOTs who are replying the same message everytime? Also u don't even update on DMs also even after sharing booking id

  @Paytm Hi Team, Paytm is trying to send message & validate login in app. While this when message is sent then automatically balance debit notification comes & app gets switched. So no other option left with me than stop using app. #paytm
