    @Paytm its extremely exhausting to try and speak with someone at your customer care. Your IVR does not have my query option therefore I cannot have my query addressed ! It’s been a full 3 hours at it for me !

    @Paytm i am really surprised how you people are surviving with zero customer service. Its been almost a week that i am calling your helpline and visiting kyc point. Though my KYC is already complete my paytm wallet is inactivate. I am paying penalties on the toll plazas! Pathetic
