@Paytmcare Your telephone customer care support keep the call on hold and dont pick the call for over an hour I must say @Paytm is the worse platform to book online tickets because in case of cancellation @Paytm is not willing to return you your own amount

Dear @Paytmcare @MahaCyber1. Today I was asked to transfer INR720/- to a Paytm number for a service rendered. Later on the person never rendered the service and also asked INR20,000 additional as a fraud service. The number +919565310398. Please assist.

@Paytmcare Is paytm understanding their customers fool ? I am in contact with paytm form more than 1 year but I’m not geeting any update or refund. What kind of services and polices of paytm are this ? It’s just generating interest form customer money from more than 1 year.
