@Paytmcare Paid 1299/-to Paytm for recharge of my jio mobile on 30th November 2021 at 3pm through ICICI credit card but my recharge was not done,as Jio didn't receive it. ICICI confirmed payment through transection id 569926 on same day,Pl resolve this issue and refund my money

@Paytmcare Have you ever tired calling your customer care number? It doesn't connect to the customer care executive. It just play the same music. Don't make realise us that we did mistake by transecting from Paytm app. @vijayshekhar
