    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days since I complaint and there is no action taken for my complaint and there is no response from your side and there is no improvement from your side and poor customer support and immediately want UPI lite balance refund and other wise I take action to paytm
