    @Paytm does your customer support not have anything for UPI customers receiving money? Someone made a transfer yesterday and it's yet to come to my account and your chatbot has been the least helpful.

    @flipkartsupport But if @Paytmcare is not ready to agree to listen that Flipkart doesn't get payment and @Paytmcare is adament to say that payment is successful then a customer is hanging between two. No solution for me in this matter. I already said that executive are not able to help.

    @Paytm After 48 hours the money hasn't credited to the recipient's account. No proper options are available in your chat service. Where to register complaint? What a #worst_service paytm is offering.
