    @Paytm I have a wallet account in paytm and most of my online transactions I do from paytm. But sometimes i am unable to pay from paytm as it shows error.

    Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare , This is really worse service ever , I have already paid emi amount of loan using pay now option, it is visible under statement, but still the number of emis and outstanding amount does not change.there is no helpline desk to check on this issue .

    @Paytm Since last 2 to 3 months I am unable to add fund in my zerodha account just because paytm is linked with my bank and everytime I use the option of transfering money from paytm to zerodha, it show error.

    Dear team @Paytmcare your Paytm Android literally has some bugs or glitches which is allowing users to pay via paytm postpaid even if they are block from the lending partners end. I made a. payment via paytm postpaid today although my paytm postpaid is blocked.

    @hiali007 @Paytmcare @Paytm exactly, they are like we are facing high call demand so you can raised your complaint with app and not found suitable reply from them. Customer service of Paytm is really very suck. I dont how much time it will take to unfreeze my wallet acount cuz its already been more then 48h

    @Paytm paytm said we solve it in 3 working days but now its 4th day and they says ,during loan time that We will disburse your amount within 48 hours. We will notify you via SMS/ Email, once disbursed. they are fake please don’t take personal loan from paytm @AdityaBirlaGrp 👏🏻
