I intimated @Paytm thrice on 4th, 8th and 16th of May 2021 regarding complete refund of my paid amount (Rs 5012/-). But, even now I haven’t received any communication from Paytm regarding the same. This is bad customer service from @Paytm Hope, I get my refund ASAP. @MoCA_GoI

@Paytm @Paytmcare if you guys don't take the issue seriously I ll not settle here i ll definitely take this issue to court. And as per the notification I should have received the temporary refund which I have not received till now
