  'Rent on credit card' service is really very bad of @Freecharge . I'm really disappointed with the service provide by #Freecharge itself. #freecharge is taking 24hrs to transfer the amount to the bank account while @Paytm is taking less than a minute.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I have raised ticket in paytm app on 31.03.2022 and I was told that my issue will be resolved by the end of the day of 4.4.2022 but till now my issue is not solved. My issue is regarding a coupon that I have received in the exchange of cashback points.

  @Paytmcare You guys blocked my account, being a old customer, and that chat bot says share your kvc then kyc with a selfie, sent the same 3 times and it closes the ticket. No one picks call from your team that IVR is sick. It doesn't want your guys to get disturbed and disconnectes.
