  @Paytmcare @Paytm Even after raised ticket, payment made from your platform/ gateway still not credited / updated in MSEDCL system. If insurance policies premiums paid and faced such issues, customers believing payments are done 🤔🙆 Have to run pillar to post ??

  @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.

  @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.
