@Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

I'm not able to access my @Paytm Postpaid account, raised many tickets but AI is everywhere. Which doesn't understands my issue PLEASE REMOVE AI FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR IT'LL FINISH YOU ALL. NOT ABLE TO CONTACT PAYTM BY ANY MEANS. REQUIRED A CALL BACK BUT DID NOT GET IT.
