    @Paytmcare what is this new issue with paytm fastag not working on tolls ? It shows on the toll gate that the account is blacklisted and on your phone is says active and you have 2k balance in ur paytm wallet.? In order to pass you have to pay double cash. #Shameonpaytm

    @Paytm paytm I was told by my bank that their was problem in your system which lead to credit of almost 7 lakh rupees into my credit card. Which has been returned honesty to you. A word of thanks of thanks is due on you. Waiting for that.

    @Paytm i pay my examination fees through paytm through upi but my payment failed i call the paytm customer executive. Executive say to me your payment is refunded next 2 working days but my payment is not credited in my account after to working days

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmBusiness 5000 amount is small for you but not for us. Your costumer service is pathetic. I tried to deactivate my account I'm not able to do that also. Is this not a gundaraaz. To force someone to do a payment. Plz resolve it.

    @Paytmcare I don't know how people are trusting you. Message received and 24*7 support says the refund is initiated but the customer care executive says we don't send such messages. Are you guys trying to cheat people. I need the refund immediately @vijayshekhar

Please let me know if they resolve the issue. same issue happened with me, rent payment of 6000rs failed through paytm postpaid but my spend limit got deducted and receiver didnt get any money. Its been over 3days and just got email that trasnsaction wassuccessful

    @Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial replied quickly and resolved from their ends. But ICICI doesn't care to, the fault is of the bank regarding payment and it doesn't care to reply, I have been waiting since night. This shows how much you care and value your customer and their problems.
