After call paytm customer care they informed that 2nd account is created on my number. Due to that my fastag data is stuck to old account.

Ankit Duhan (@duhanankit) reported@Paytm 4. Paytm will never recover your old account. I shared my documents multiple times but no gain. After every 1 or 2 months they will issue a fresh ticket id. And u have to start from zero explain your issues and they will no reply easily. Nor conect call before 40-60 minutes.
