  @Paytmcare The Brand is not responding! We tried every possible means to contact them, but of no use. Now, you instead of taking any initiative to resolve the issue, just shrugging off it to the brand, who is your associate! Don't you have any moral responsibility towards customers?

  There is no support available from paytm on actual issues. All they have is drop down menu where queries are not listed, IVR keeps repeating stupid queries, no email or contact to raise issues. Don’t know how will they resolve issue despite their claim of 24x7 support. @Paytm

  Such a cheap tactic by @Paytm. I was making a recharge via MyJio app and they directly applied the Paytm voucher which was showing guaranteed cashback up to Rs 300. After making the payment, I only ended up getting a scratch card of 1 Gold Coin. WTF!! @AmreliaRuhez @GyanTherapy

  @Paytmcare Update: @PaytmCare confirmed refund on March 27 and said 3-5 working days. It has been 8 working days and still no refund. App shows "Processing Refund" but nothing credited. Cybercrime complaint active. Will escalate to RBI Ombudsman if not resolved by tomorrow.

  @Paytm refund from @amazonIN credites in paytm bank which are no longer active. Now Paytm has no customer support to handle this. Personal RBI rules, the refund should have declined but amazon said it's successful. So isn't this violation of RBI rules @RBI

  @Paytmcare @OTTplayApp No response from both sides. Sold inactive OTTplay coupon, service not available. Paid but no service. Complaint 8948236. Need refund immediately or will proceed legally.

  @Paytmcare I have booked through paytm. So you have to bear the same. They told they will not responsible for the same as I am not booking through direct from get book cab site. Lot of issues happened but there is no refund. Are you cheating to customer? Then no one will book .

  I did a recharge via @Paytm the transaction show's successful but it was not, so I have to recharge again. Very frustrating no proper support.
