@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar You people make your 24 by 7 help sound so easy. One of the worst processes ever. Not a customer-friendly config. It jst doesn't allow 2 connect to the executive & closes every time. Sorry to reach out there as I wasted using a lot of options but no help.

@Paytm @GooglePay @bharatpeindia Can we have a pledge account? while delivering a service you take an advance from customer, keep it with you until the services is rendered, and release payment upon completion of Services? This can resolve many issues for working with strangers

@Paytmcare I initiated one transaction through #Paytm . Due to some server issue it did not go through. Therefore I had to pay cash. After 2 hrs, the amount got debited! If the payment doesn't happen instantly realtime, you should never attempt to pay.
