@Paytmcare My refund for a Paytm Postpaid transaction was not credited. I have been contacting the Paytm care team for several days but in vain. Their policies are not at all customer friendly. Very bad experience with a company that's going to be a public company in near future.

@Paytmcare My UPI ID last 4 digits 2475 I did a trscn by scanning bt the amnt was debited to an accnt to which I had done a payment a day before. It is pathetic that ur customer care service sucks as thr is no option to raise this sort of a complaint. Order ID 202111082036030021
