  @Paytmcare Please check the DM and resolve the issue. The same had happened few months before as well and I had left the matter thinking the amount will be refunded. It never did. I don't want the same to happen again.

  @Paytmcare The customer support section in the PayTm app shows that there is some error and it won't work as of now. And the support section here on Twitter is not ready to address the issue even after asking me to DM them the issue. #paytm

  @vijayshekhar My mother is not able to open paytm bank saving account. I have reached out to Paytm customer care, but they failed to resolve the issue. Need your CEO level support here which you have promised last week on twitter. @Paytmcare
