@Paytmcare I've done a payment of rs. 17999 to Samsung Native on Offer PYTM600 and i Received a 600rs Scratch Card. I opened it and after opening it disappeared. There is no record of receiving that scrach Card except the Msg that showing You have received a ScratchCard! Help me.

@Paytm I scanned a QR code at a petrol pump and the transaction was done. However the amount was not carried to the concerend, and to a petrol pump to which i did transaction on 13th Aug. My order id -202110031546020080 Please help this resolve at the earliest @Paytmcare
