  There is no specific contact no. for postpaid services. No one helped or tried to read concern properly. Sent scripted responses to me. Have already spent and paid more than lakhs rupees and first time facing this issue. About to close Paytm.@Paytm @vijayshekhar @PaytmMoney

  Strongly suggest to not use any service from @redBus_in The bus would be delayed by 4 hours that too late at night and they won’t even issue a full refund. Would strongly suggest using @Paytmcare @makemytrip. Customer service is the key!

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar Just wanted to inform all that customer care is suggesting to close Paytm Postpaid and not listening. Due to unknown/sever issues, couldn't make payment of Rs.7000, took screenshot, shared at the same time, penalty of Rs.800 imposed in next minute.

  @Paytmcare Issue resolved thanks, but please make provision in app for your offers also. And offers should be hassel free there should not be any need to customer care or any complain registry.
