  @kajal91245 @Paytm They just fooling the customers by saying 24x7 support. Also they rob you by charging late fees even you pay in time, just by keeping the payment in processing state. They Digital dacoits we can't even contact them. If we raise ticket, they keep it pending.

  @Paytmcare I have been trying to reach out to @Paytmcare but to no avail. Pathetic customer service. Very unhappy.. Tried to deactivate my sound box but they didn't deactivate and every month they cut my amount from there but not receiving any call from paytm customer care.
