    @Paytm @Paytmcare @YESBANK Dear Yes ,I have made a credit card bill payment of Rs 17591 on 1st oct through paytm.Showed success but ur executive said it is declined.When I called at night yesterday,Paytm exe said i can't give info .Visit 24by7 help section and cut my call.
