@Paytmcare I did a payment of Rs 329 on my jio using paytm wallet for which I receive cashback which will be credited into my wallet within 24hrs but it is more than 24hrs gone and till now I did not receive my cashback. Please help.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I have raised a complaint with Ticket ID 3128873876. It was mentioned that the issue will be resolved within 4 hours. But, I haven't got any resolution still neither I got any reply on DM for the same.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare What's the update? In regular transactions all the cashback points gets credited on time. But in postpaid transactions it's taking hell lot of time. Never gonna use your postpaid services again. Very poor service.I am also having Paytm First Membership @Paytm
