  @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmPostpaid__ charging unnecessary convenience fee and not giving any explanation for the same. Neither on 24x7 customer service nor on call. Many times this same thing has happened with me.

  Finally got a new Fast Tag. Got rid of @Paytm finally. @Paytmcare Enjoy taking your business lightly with your pathetic service. And all the best getting KYC done with no partner shops having any clue on how to get the KYC done. Good riddance.

  @Paytm It's really a cheater/fraud. Last month was my no convenience fee, on postpaid a/c to offer so i used much of the need via Paytm postpaid but today the bill was generated with a convenience fee. Totally cheap and cheater like service.

  Hi @Paytm @PaytmMoney, extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. I have been getting calls from the recovery team to make a postpaid payment of Rs.499, which I clearly never availed. When asked for the transaction details ,the team has no answer.Instead, i am penalised

  @Paytm @Paytmcare the worst network from every #upi apps i paid my paytm postpaid amount but it seems till now not completed, why? @RBI why you approved this apps for doing upi with bad network or server. Thia is ridiculous. #BANKS
