    @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

    @paytmbankcare Strange conundrum thanks to your weird ideas. You wouldn't progress my account KYC and I can't use my wallet balance till the time KYC is completed. The only one who gets harassed by getting money stuck is the customer. What a fail @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar so highly unprofessional. Even after highlighting that this is an urgency and rebooking an appointment, another no show for my kyc verification. Horrible customer service and very rude to have a no show twice. I’d like this resolved today

    @Paytmcare I made a payment to a phone number but the recipient didn't receive it. Dashboard shows the transaction as success. Amount has been deducted from my bank account. I want to know the destination of money & your dashboard 24×7 help (Bot) is of no help

    @Paytm from last 3 days my money is stuck in Paytm I made a rent payment on 11 but payment still showing as processing however payment received by payment but not yet transferred to bank account. No help no customer support. Order I'd 17274144910

    @SimpleEnergyEV I suggest that those looking to book the bike not use @Paytm. If you happen to cancel the booking, @Paytm will lock the amount in their wallet and won't release the money to your source acount. There's no way to contact Paytm customer support, you won't find an option for help.
