@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@paytm @Paytmcare Do you have something called as a service ? I want to close my all Paytm services. There is no option in app. Raised a ticket via 24×7 , they are just doing time pass. This is absolutely non sense.

Got Paytm SBI credit card two months back. Still waiting for joining offer code for Paytm first membership. Tried contacting sbi card and Paytm on their respective customer care channels. Still no resolution. Very disappointing experience. @Paytm @Paytmcare @SBICard_Connect
