@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Mohithnani1 @Paytmcare @paytmcare I am facing the exact same issue. I have also left the organization so that complicates the issue even more. I want to reactivate my paytm wallet & complete the kyc. I had raised the ticket but they to deposit the amount to bank & pay income tax. Please help.
