@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare worst app for bill payment. Why you guys make it so difficult to talk to a human representative? Paid WBSEDCL electric bill but bill payment is failed from WBSEDCL end. Now I want my money back from Paytm but no human being is there to listen to my issue.

@Paytmcare it is so hard to reach u via in-app help. There is no way to even raise a ticket. I was supposed to receive 2750 cashback points againat the order 161100647000134. I havent received it until yet. Pls check
