@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

It's been 1 month, @Paytm @Paytmcare has blocked my account without any reason, even after uploading all the documents, they are not unblocking, nor are the customer care people giving satisfactory answers. All my savings were in Paytm Payment Bank account only.

Calling a customer care number of these big tech companies is one of the hardest things. @amazon is still better, @GooglePay responded on chat, but @Paytm is the worst. No response on the chat. Wasted an hour with IVR pressing keys but 10k obstacles. Get UPI ref ID, pass code.
