@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I left using #Paytm years ago because of its policy. Now I again trying to using this aap but I am struggling with its KYC frustrating process for days. #paytmcare is not customer friendly even now.

Twitter help took 7 DAYS to help me with an issue. After waiting for 7 days , today I saw my problem is resolved and that my account is unblocked but the due amount is STILL showing on my postpaid. @paytm @Paytmcare

@jagograhakjago Paytm cheats customer they give offer.. get traffic and then after 23 hr they reverse cashback ...if it was an error they should remove it earlier but no they just wanted 23 hr traffic and now they are not even replying @Paytmcare
