@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I have requested to unblock my Paytm account I called Customer service & than tried through app. Its already try previous 1 months to unblock my paytm account& but nothing has happened personal to paytm care Such a crap customer service. Disappointed! @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytm either recruite more people in customer care services or recruite more people to solve your app related bugs. I can't connect to the customer care for complaining about the wrong deduction of funds as all of your guys are busy and app is full of bugs.
