Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

I am already trying through Paytm Bank channels but KYC is still not happening—Video KYC fails repeatedly and offline agent is also unable to process due to their own KYC issue.
