@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@vijayshekhar Its showing refund pending status on Paytm App from last 6 days. Really frustrating the way its gets handled by one of topmost electronic payment company. Even customer care support don't know the process and timeframes for ticket resolution.@Paytmcare

Paytm Postpaid is still active. Wallet Credit Freeze. @Paytm has no customer care. Unable to connect with human over the phone. Only solution is to redo the KYC. Visited a KYC Center and the KYC process doesn't have Aadhaar option
