@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare I am sorry I used paytm services. I am tired of following up with you. Just refund my Rs. 413 which is extra in postpaid account. Sorry to say I have never seen this kind of customer support from any service provider.
