@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

@Paytmcare One of the worst services in refunding customer. I booked a ticket for my brother from Hyderabad to Melbourne on 27th November and the flight was canceled on 4th December and I applied for a refund on the same day, no response from u . Ticket id 16280623345.#PayTm
