@Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

Paytm is doing their worst in customer service , my return request is pending since last month now they are not calling me back too, they can deliver product every where of any type but for return and replacement they make a excuse of lockdown... @Paytmcare
