  @Paytm is a sinking ship. Randomly opened a new account on a registered mobile number which had fastag linked to it. Been 3 weeks since the complaint and no response from them except we are working on it. Its not the company it was 4 years ago. Best for anyone using it to leave.

  Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

  @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

  Hi @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare , my AGENT: RRN Number: 61961 7549132: for Rs.1779.00/-. shows the refund was credited to my Paytm Payments Bank Savings Account by 15 Jul. However, Please clarify and help how can i collect money
