@Paytmcare In fact when I open the App itself, there should be warning message displayed stating “Unless you update your KYC we would not be able to accept money into any of our PayTM account (Wallet/Gift Card).” This is the true customer care with ethical business. @vijayshekhar pls help!

@Paytm @Paytmcare You guys offered me a Paytm Postpaid Option to use it for Mobile Recharges, Petrol Pumps etc. But within 20Days (Within bill cycle), I can't able to use Postpaid option for Recharge. So Is this your way of customer service.??? I need a proper explanation.

@Paytm Your customer support is like trying to get through a fortress. Both the number and chatbot don’t cover all the options. What does a customer do in such a scenario? There is a technical issue that we have been facing. Need a call back.

@Paytmcare It’s not with a particular transaction. There is an issue with the account. Transaction history is not showing up. Also we were told a while back that two accounts have been created for one number. We are not sure how this is possible as we created only one.
