Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare Some years back, a paytm representative did my wrong kyc on somebody else's details and now I am not able to update my kyc details. I contacted customer several times but nothing worked. Please do the needful and update my account on my kyc details.

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir I want to tell you that I booked a ticket form irctc which payment was failed due to there network problem but the amount of ticket was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. It's almost 9-10 days they have not refunded @IRCTCofficial @Paytm
