@paytmbankcare @Paytm @paytmbankcare there is no update even after submitting documents. No toll free no received after 48 hrs. Are you waiting for the customer to get fed up and stop chasing? If you' re you not able to do it at least please say that. Its 1 month now, God!

@Paytmcare Why is my Paytm wallet put under credit freeze when I had completed all KYC formalities 4 years back. Can't even charge my fastag n nearest kyc point to update KYC is 25 KM away. Had several KYC points nearby earlier Can't contact the customer care n no one calls back

@Paytmcare Not able to process with paytm loan facilities. Mine KYC IS done and now when I apply for loan the system says not able to verify with pan card and also when I try verification via aadhar it Says oops we have some problems at our side pls try again..I tried more than 40 times
