Hi @pnbindia I attempted a transaction on Nov 8 using @Paytm The money was deducted from my account but didn’t get deposited into the receiver’s account even though her account is also in PNB. Neither did the transaction fail, It says pending for 2 days. Can u check the issue?

@Paytm @PaytmPostpaid @PaytmBusiness I made a transaction of 3000)- on 8thNov but the same not been credited to the recipient till now and the money has not been refunded to me back yet. There is no call centre no to help there is only IVR option on the number provided.

Pathetic customer support @Paytm and @airtelindia On one hand you guys says Indian startups doing this and that but deep down your services are more or less ****, stupid bots and no actual customer care Recharge done on Paytm and they just hand a number, you can go and chase now
