Hi @Paytm @Paytmcare I've booked a flight from your website and the airline has given us full refund.However your team has not refunded the full money yet.Everytime they tell us,they will process it in 3-4 days and then nothing happens. Hopefully someone would look in this asap.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmTravel I don't know who is the senior management of Paytm but, Paytm is not able to refund my Flight cancellation amount. It's already 7 days, it means that Paytm is earning interest from customer amount and in this pandemic they are taking so much time.

Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare What is taking you guys so long to process my refund back in my account. Cancelled my flight tickets on 16th April , It’s been over a month now.. Already called Paytm care more than 13 times 😡 and issue was highlighted more than 8 times ( wow )
