@Paytm, you have the worst customer service I've experienced in recent time. It seems that you guys purposely make it difficult for customer to speak with your executive, by directing nonsense steps on call, and even after doing all the hoopla I couldn't speak with your staff.

@Paytmcare Facing wrong deductions for fastag. I entered through duhai toll plaza and exit at bilakbarpur toll plaza which costs fees ₹55. But on date 6 Aug & 10 Aug you guys deducted ₹140 each day. This is ridiculous. Pathetic customer experience.
