@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm I already checked there. They said since transaction shows blank page so check with Paytm Team as they might hold my money. It's really shameful that after 72 hours gone still my issue is not resolved.

At this stage I started to feel cheated and decided to escalate the issue with @HeroFinCorpLtd and @Paytm nodal officers via mail and I got a response that it will be resolved in 15 days max. Days have passed and I’m still at the other end 4/n

@Paytmcare I was to get the refund 7 days ago but I have received no communication from you. According to RBI guidelines you have to refunded within 3 working days which you utterly failed to do
