@Paytm Booked a flight with PNR YQ50V which I needed to reschedule for personal reasons. I reached out to the customer care yesterday night for the same. I was promised I wud need to pay just the fare difference which was 1200 rs. But I didn't receive any calls after that.

@Paytm Also there is need to make this channel simple and easy without any hurdle of various types of varifications which in fact not asked when fund is being transferred or received but during raising any issue, lot of unnecessary thing try to stop the complainner.
