@zomatocare @Paytmcare Hi Team have ordered on zomato with order id- 2859606140 and applied paytm SPECIAL50 cashback. I have not received any cashback . it is 3rd Day now and daily your team reply is wait for next 24 hours.. what a pathetic customer service.

@Paytm @OfficialDMRC I had done the payment in the morning from Paytm on my delhi metro card 88572576 it's almost 12 hrs over but still amount not reflecting neither @OfficialDMRC your advisor helping or giving proper response is this the service you are providing to us ?

@Paytmcare Duplicate account got created for same number and not able to access wallet amount from OLD account. Raised ticket 3116244374, but closed with status resolved even before I upload required document. Now I am not even allowed to create another ticket for same category.
