    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm I’ve DM’d 4 times but no fix for 25 days. “Access Denied / Hang on tight” appears right after entering my number (OTP screen never comes). Tried reinstall, network reset, other networks/devices. Looks like false device/IP block. Please resolve.

    @Paytmcare I have been receiving the same response for the last 7 days, but there has been no actual progress. 'Validating' for a week for such a small issue is unacceptable. Please provide a definitive resolution immediately or give me a specific timeline." @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Your small difference is Big difference for me. you are taking 2000 extra for 40k what a good service charges.why it was not mentioned at the time of selling

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar @mdeora1 Your app. Is not working. For several months the app stopped showing the UPI lite balance. Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !

    @Paytm / @Paytmcare I bought a Spicejet flight ticket using Paytm , but spicejet cancelled the flight & refunded the full amount but asked me to check with the Paytm. But no way I can connect to Paytm customer care , I created a ticket 200011502474 on 3rd may,no reply till now.
