@Paytm customer service is wired. My problem is not resolved. Chat Customer services responded with out understanding context. Phone customer service super weird and confusing. Designed such a way none can talk to executives.

Yes. See the sequence. Won a scratch card from @Paytmcare..got code for @MyGlamm product-Rs700 for free..visit site..product already discount and available for 430/..go ahead..learn delivery charge 99..pay via @Paytmcare ..money gone..order not visible!
