@Paytmcare hi, my paytm wallet has been freezed due to kyc non updation. But fact is my kyc was already updated. Also i have again done the kyc from kyc centre. But still i am not able to trnsfer money from wallet to any bank account. Had raised complaint but no response. Pl help

@Paytmcare I tried calling your helpline number, and advised to refer to help section on paytm app. And there all I get is reply from bot. Make your customer support experience better. It's really annoying to replying bots. Instead of getting resolution, I'm asked for feedback.
