@Paytmcare i was in the checkout queue and ordered the voucher, i waited for an hour and wasted my time and still didn't get the voucher. Finally i have up and paid and left. Tried to call customer care, they just sent link for the chatbot where didn't even have this option.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Such a delayed and bad service. I have been using same phone no. for ages and somehow PAYTM created my new account with same phone no. for no reason. Now you DONT let me access my fastag to use it at tollbooths. NO resolution in 3 MONTHS ? +91-9462190716
