I spoke too soon about @Paytmcare's amazing customer service. It's been a day since they promised to clear up my cashback issue, but I still haven't heard back from them. Looks like I'm not the only one experiencing this #PaytmFail. Disappointing! #CustomerServiceNightmare

@Paytm @Paytmcare Cashback points not credited from last March. It should have been credited within 24 hours. And your help and support is of no use. Paytm Assistant marks the chat as resolved. Look into the issue and credit the points.
