    Wtf team, first you ask customers to buy vouchers from @Paytm then after the customer redeems it,you still ask them to pay 0 electronically. How is that humanely possible. The amount gets redeemed and order status is unpaid. Happening for 2nd time.your cc is asking me to (1/2)

    Hello @Paytmcare team, I am waiting for an update wrt ticket Reference No.: 188621817 to issue a notification SMS for refund on the ticket booking 10210253323. I am not able to reach customer care and no response yet received on mail. Please help to get an update on it @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Still no response. Worst customer care service. Even after sharing my booking id for flight ticket refund nobody is responding. Fake commitments always.

    @IamGopalMehra @Paytm Hogaya book. Only way is to sit on the portal. These notifiers by the time you log in all slots get booked.

    @Paytmcare @paytm having login issue with Paytm First Citi bank card. Not able to login from your app. It redirects to Citibank login page but once OTP entered it says OTP is wrong. Citibank says they stopped their relationship with you & further won’t be able to pay the dues
