@Paytmcare I have mailed two separate mails from airline that they initiated full refund yet your customer care says please send us the communication related to the full refund. What is wrong with them. Same automated reply all the time. Pathetic service.

@Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare honestly u hav the worst customer service,they just don’t seem to care. My account was blocked for no reason, it took me 7 mnth to get the account active. Post account was unblocked, I unable to access app from my phone. It’s bn over 2 mnths now

@Paytm how do I lodge a complain of fraud? No email is given. I cld not reach customer service as OTP did not get generated. Someone tried to make a fraudulent transaction from my SBI acc through Paytm. You need to share details.
