@Paytm , @Paytmcare I have completed video kyc in paytm. But when I tried to apply personal loan the error shows that my kyc not fetched through PAN, after that through aadhaar the same error shows. Kindly give solution for it

@Paytmcare i was in the checkout queue and ordered the voucher, i waited for an hour and wasted my time and still didn't get the voucher. Finally i have up and paid and left. Tried to call customer care, they just sent link for the chatbot where didn't even have this option.
