I have a/c in PayTm Bank a/c No 9015828651. In new phone downloaded PayTm registered with same no. a new a/c was created. Now no access to old a/c. Contacted with CC exe. no response. Reinstate my old a/c. I am harassed as I am having loan on the said a/c. @Paytm @PaytmBank @RBI

@Paytmcare ticket id 5027050007 registered on the 9 of july, since there is no reply from the service team. Pathetic service from paytm business team. All the time they tell "your complaint will be solved in 48 hours ". Since there is a month passed no specific action taken

@earthratic @Paytmcare After 30 minutes you again get same message so I suggest to try some other UPI service instead of @Paytmcare . Paytm use different calendar where our 20 days is less then their 2 weeks. #bycottpaytm #paytmfraud

2/2 @Paytm @Paytmcare i am sharing screenshots for the same. Earlier i recharged my a/c but benefits weren't provided which were promised. The issue was resolved and benefits were provided after 10 days long discussion. If you want I can share screenshot too.

@Paytmcare If there exists a REAL customer service team, please ask the senior most team to resolve this issue today itself. It's unfair to ask a customer to wait for over a week and show no hopes in the end. Do summon your CS team if you actually have any control on them @vijayshekhar
