    @Paytmcare still haven't received the new policy. I am extremely disappointed with the service from both Paytm and Tata AIG. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Please help me and issue my policy as soon as possible. I am very worried. Thank you.

    Pathetic service by @Paytm I have raised the complaint 10days back but still issue not resolved. Complaint number is 500010538536.

    @Paytm How much more time will it take to resolve my issue? It has been almost a month now, and every time I raise it on X, your team replies that you are “working on it.” I want to understand how long a customer is expected to wait for a basic issue to be resolved.

    @Paytmcare For the second booking ID 27263012824 (PNR: Y662GY), I have also re-attached the official IndiGo Tax Invoice confirming the statutory airport tax refund of ₹1,221.00. Please link both of these tracking amounts to my active support Ticket #200012164355. Thank you!

    My bus booking was cancelled by the operator a day before travel. I reported the issue on 8 July and was assured a resolution in 3–4 days, but it's now day 5 with no update or refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin Please resolve this at the earliest. Order ID: 27255988499.
