@Paytm U r one of the biggest companies in India & yet u fail to provide a proper customer service. There's no way where one can have a human-human interaction for their problem and we are stuck with a computerized assistance which most of the times fail to solve the problem! @Paytm

Also the @Paytm app has lag in the digital gold section where there is no option to proceed for placing a saving plan order. Not satisfied with the service as earlier since when i used to promote both the platforms. @Paytmcare #DigitalGold #Paytm

@Paytmcare I have raised a complaint on 12 of April 2021 for my payment refund with reference No.: 187658528. I had call 5 times till now and everytime I was told that payment will be refunded within 10 days. But that 10 days never came unfortunately. Kindly look into this issue.
