Very Bad experience of Service from @Paytm @Paytmcare.I had raised request regarding KYC transfer and the processing time was about 2 weeks but it's going over more than one month and my request is still pending even they are not providing me solution over customer support, 24×7

@JustAshish1039 @jasmeetwarraich @Paytm In our case a successful transaction did not appear in dashboard. Luckily we noticed it. When we raised issue on twitter, their social media team called and that transaction started to appear. However we didn't get remittance until we raised voice on social media.
