What a crap customer service from @Paytmcare . My account is blocked and no assistence from @Paytm . Paytm customer service not even telling the reason of blocking the account. Account is already blocked for more than 1 day and no reason yet from @Paytmcare.

@Paytm @Paytmcare My father does not use a smart phone. He tried to login to his paytm account through website, but the only option to signin is via Scanning the QR code. I cannot find the option to login using Email/Phone : Password/OTP. Can you provide a link/steps to login.
