@Paytm Do improve your services . Your app is causing serious issues to my parents. Every other day my paytm wallet is freezed without any reason. KYC status is shown as full KYC. The worst part is that I am not even allowed to close my FastTag.

@Paytmcare @Paytm my paytm wallet deactivateed due to no use for 1 year. I want the same reactivate again. Customer care is not resolving my query. Also visited store for the same however issue remains same as they suggest to check the same with paytm cc.

@Paytmcare I don't understand everytime when I try to set automatic add money to wallet , and when I am in upi entering page app close and when I again open the app it shows automatic add money is pending. Can you all fix this bug or glitch
