Its been weird that even after paying the late fees of 1000 rupees paytm is saying they cant avail my postpaid service....we are facing issues with paytm postpaid and the customer care says you cannot use what type of service it is...reuire help @Paytmcare @RBI @AdityaBirlaGrp

I have Paytm fastag. Suddenly I can't reload it because RBI has stopped Paytm from onboarding new users and my KYC has expired. Not able to reload fastag from other sources also. Customer care simply says that my Paytm fastag is useless till RBI lifts ban. @vijayshekhar @Paytm

@Paytm i have given many requests to close my Paytm postpaid but no response received. You have not started any contact number for the problem of Paytm postpaid. I have written to grievance team on Friday but no response received till now.
