Shubham Jha (@iamshubhs13) reported@Paytmcare @PaytmBank I’ve been trying for weeks to get a cancelled cheque / bank proof from Paytm Payments Bank so I can update my mutual fund folios to a new bank account. No customer care number works. No proper support. Branch visits were useless.
