    @EcomExpress_Ofc @Paytm Paytm shipped my order through ecomexpress and the shipment delivery date was 19th Nov,I just get a TXT telling shipment undelivered! From then on till tday there has been no update,the customer care replies we will provide an update when we recieve one

    @FederalBankHelp @Paytmcare I have sent all the details to paytm and I will send the details to you too I have approached the nearest branch and given all the details of the issue .So it has been told that lapse from Paytm and paytm have mentioned its from Bank so u guys need to sort this Asap

    @Paytm is there no way to talk to cust care to explain my prob?Seems all paths leads to automated system and there is noway to getto issues not listed.Not able to close my fasttag, raised a ticket but it was closed asking for the tag no. Can't you even check the no. from the a/c?

    Without Any Reason paytm block my account and Graped my money when I contact Customer Care he said you doing Fake Translations shared my All Transaction Screenshot with valid proof then he doesnt reply my message and Graped my money same on @paytmbankcare @Paytm @PaytmCybercell

    @Paytm is there any real person in your customer support team who can help me with the issues in app? I addded 550 to my Wallet and transaction failed. I called bank and they clearly told me that money is received in your account but does not show in my wallet Please help.

    @Paytm clearly has superior UPI experience and should double down on it to claim a majority market share. When Neo - bank regulations come in they can be in best position to capitalise on it. Currently split focus has got them on backfoot. @vijayshekhar

    @EcomExpress_Ofc @Paytm my AWB number is 2759462132! The best part is Paytm wants people to invest and transact through them widout having a customer support at al!they hv thier own questions and answers posted in the cust service! I don't think any ody can stoop lower than u two

    @Paytmcare Hi I had shared the details of the issue with you on 27th Nov via DM and I have still not received the resolution for the amount deducted frm my wallet, it is not yet credited back. Let me know if I have to raise it with RBI?
