Super frustrating experience with Paytm. My flight has been cancelled 2 weeks back and paytm won’t issue the refund. Airline assured that only travel agent can do that over email. No meaningful way to connect with Paytm. Why no auto refunds ? @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
