    @Paytmcare Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @IndiGo6E flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 26993710263 PNR: WF3FKK BOM to VNS on 12 May 2026. it’s been 2 Month.

    @vijayshekhar , your Paytm service sucks..if there are any frauds, nobody responds in either online chat an ur AI chat both has lower IQ than 5 Yr old..Please get u house in order on such simple issues before projecting on cutting-edge tech @Paytmcare

    @Paytm the most pathetic service- its a scam I booked a flight from mum - blr, when i tried to check in, it said it was cancelled, no one contacted, neither is there any helpdesk to answer your queries, you will just be redirected by the ivr from one extention to another

    @Paytmcare , paid through paytm on @Meesho_Official, payment completes, money get deducted, @Paytm confirms the payment, but order is not processed. Your chatbots do jot help. Ticket 200012319393 gets closed without any resolution. No refund yet Process the refund asap
