@Paytm The worst customer service by @Paytmcare . Paytm Postpaid cheats people by not sending due reminders to pay on time deliberately. And then lies about the waiver to charge you even more next time. Simpl, Olamoney and LazyPay are way better. Worst service by @Paytm 😡😡😡

@Paytmcare I won't be using a product where the company doesn't even care for its customers. I could simply use other postpaid apps that have proper reminders and customer grievances redressal systems in place.

Also I have multiple call recordings and @Paytmcare have chat bot facility in the name of 24*7 chat @vijayshekhar sir have you ever been use this useless chat feature and also when I called the customer support,they got me useless link for Paytm postpaid.

Do you really care @Paytmcare my funds are stuck with you from 48 hours worst customer service error @Paytm since the payment date was today I had to pay from another application . my funds are stuck with you and customer service is not helping nor I cannot cancel the order
