I have attached the screenshot of proof where Neugo has refunded the amount and said to contact Paytm regarding the same. Now Paytm is not responding nd not saying anything about the refund. @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare kindly see my issue. This is not fair. Plz give response.

@Paytmcare @abfinance i m using your postpaid account since 2 and half year ago, and timely reply your amount, but last month Feb i didn't pay the amount on time because of health issues, and they charged penalties 895, i raised query to waived off but since last 4 days no reply
