@Paytm your customer support has gone so bad that I have no other option but to share my issue on x! My credit card payment failed, money was deducted but I haven't received any refund. The app says that the amount is refunded but it is not received in my bank.

@Paytm I was working with Paytm Private Limited as SGL (Employee Code: 10312329). My Full and Final settlement has been processed as zero, whereas my 36 days salary is still pending. I have already contacted HR and management through email but I have not received any proper response

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare zero help from paytm in flight booking refunds. I booked my tickets from Abu dhabi to Ahmedabad from Paytm. Booking ID: 26632996223 . Due to airspace closure, indigo has made refund from thier side but paytm has not refunded that amount.

This is a clear case of system failure and customer harassment by @Paytm @Paytmcare. Two confirmed tickets with SAME PNR but DIFFERENT booking IDs and DOUBLE payment deducted — this is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about booking integrity and payment processing. Despite raising the issue, there is ZERO response from Paytm support for over 24 hours. This kind of negligence is putting customers under financial and travel stress. Immediate intervention required. If not resolved ASAP, I will be forced to escalate this matter legally and through consumer forums.
