@Paytm I have been facing issues while using Paytm Postpaid and it is showing as "Something went wrong". It has been more than 8-9 days, I'm unable to make pay through Postpaid and it is really frustrating because I have made complaints, I have tried to understand what is wrong.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare I am trying over the last 2 days to just get my KYC updated as my paytm account wallet was put under credit freeze without any notice or email. Now actual issue is if I try to submit KYC with my aadhar it says paytm acount KYC is linked to another number.

@gischethans See PayTMcare's replies.. many are complaining about account blocking. I don't know how genuine are they(*account holder didn't do anything wrong) but seems payments banks aren't safe. Company can block accounts on its discretion.?
