    @SriHarsha02011 @Paytmcare Same thing happened to to me a few weeks ago, I tried reaching out to support they did nothing, then a friend of mine referred me to #cybermonstersecurity on Instagram he resolved it immediately. Check him out I’m sure he can help you out too.

    @Paytm @Paytm please stop misleading customers with the 2% cashback offer on adding money to the wallets after collecting the additional charges of 3.65%. I have wasted almost 1 hours of my time explaining it to the customer support and ended up unresolved.

    @Paytmcare my upi transaction of rs 500 failed and got debited. It was on 24th June and still money not been refunded. Raised ticket in @Paytm app but no response. Please improve customer care services.

    @Paytmcare I hope I might get some support but @PaytmFirst is just crap since you don’t find any kind of support other than just a automated voice note which won’t even resolve your issue at all
