@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar ticket :- 200010292722 closed without resolution. in DM you mentioned Rs3 credited however as part of the offer Rs50 to be credited. No one responsible for the resolution of the issue. Fraud and Scam by Paytm. No more transaction unless issue is resolved.

@Paytmcare If you have no intention of resolving customer issues, why even give us the option to raise a ticket? Not once has my concern been handled smoothly — only delays, follow-ups, and frustration every single time.
