Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm this is about #kyc challenges, trying to fix but no luck.also utter worst customer service system, which of no use and give any resolutions. Also tried with paytm kyc agent and charged me and still no solutions. #Paytm

@Paytmcare How come a tech company as big as yourself can't solve an everyday app issue? It seems the issue is lack of diligence and devotion to solve patron's issue. It would very difficult for me to believe this is out of pure incompetence, but what do i know!

@Paytmcare my Paytm money account of stock is dormant since October 2022 and have raised complaint against it but nothing has been done yet. I'm unable to withdraw/sale my shares due to account block. I'm really Feb up with the resolution. Request you to activate it immediately.

@Ravisutanjani You can book tickets through @Paytm but still have to give IRCTC login credentials before checking out…. It costs a little extra but it is worth it as booking from @IRCTCofficial is a nightmare
