It’s surprising that paytm team has stopped working.. for updating the primary mobile no in profile the call center team is juggling my call from one department to other department for more than 10 days. Crossed all levels of stupidity. @Paytmcare @paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar

I subscribed for Paytm Service Agent about a Month ago, but still didn't received the starter kit. It shows as delivered in the app. once I contacted paytm they said it will delivered shortly.still No information .I want to cancel Subscription and refund money. @Paytm @Paytmcare
