@Paytmcare my wallet was 100% KYC compliant. Suddenly credit freeze was applied and I was asked to do KYC through nearest center. I went to 3-4 of them and found out that KYC app was not working for any of them. Please resolve this ASAP and remove freeze from my wallet.

@Paytmcare No it hasn't, you are charging me for using my money through net banking where the amount is directly debited from my account. You have no business charging me money on that. Anyways the solution is to use the portal of the mobile service provider. Thank you for nothing.

@Paytmcare it has been more then a month but my issue not resolved not even any seriousness shown by paytm. This shows how you treat your customer when they are in trouble and lost their hard earned money.
