    @Paytm @Paytmcare Your agent activated a Soundbox even after I clearly refused. I have not received the Soundbox, yet charges are being deducted. There is no proper help available in the app. Please deactivate the Soundbox and stop the charges immediately.

    Dear @Paytmcare , Navi UPI now allows payments up to ₹5000 using only biometric authentication (Face ID / Fingerprint) — no UPI PIN needed. This feature is already live and working smoothly. Why is Paytm still missing such a basic and user-friendly feature?
