Cos hv come up with so many ingenious ideas to deter sum1 reach out the customer care. eg. I m facing issues of not getting OTPs 4 @Paytm transactions and when I am calling CC I am supposed to enter another OTP!!! the very issue 4 which I reached out. irony dies it's own death.
