    Ticket ID 3156903938. I made a transaction from PNB to SBI. The receiver bank declined the payment but money deducted from PNB. I went through Paytm customer care but no response...worst experience with @Paytmcare @Paytm

    I am using Paytm from a very long period of time and also done KYC on it but now I am facing problem like not receiving OTP in registered mobile no.while selling Digital Gold and also for changing the login password.Please help.@Paytm @paytmgold @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @vijayshekhar do you have anyone to reply properly on customer care?? You really need to check your customer support services. Otherwise prices of shares will go down in coming years. Getting same auto reply after complaining.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I made a transaction on 28.02.2021 from my PNB to SBI through paytm UPI. The money is deducted from PNB but SBI declined the payment. I raised a ticket in 24×7 paytm helpline but there is no respond from you till now.I need the money urgently. Please Help.

    @Paytmcare I’ve DMed the requested details and raised a complaint as well, it’s been 4hrs and no response yet. Can someone please assist and help me with a resolution? The transaction has been completed, but the beneficiary hasn’t received the money yet.
