  @PaytmCare You are completely dodging the core issues: 1. Misleading UX: Why display a targeted "Get assured ₹50 cashback" banner on an active user's checkout screen if they are algorithmically ineligible? That is classic deceptive design (Dark Pattern).

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I was booked flight ticket from Paytm without login but due to some reason i want to cancel this flight ticket within 24 hrs. As per ministry of aviation any ticket of cancelled within 24 hrs they will get full refund amount.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

  I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

  Hello @flyspicejet , @Paytmcare has not received the refund yet what is going on from yr side ?? I want my refund as it's more than 12 days gone. One thing I have to say both paytm and spicejet don't care for customer. PNR : NGNL3N Other details already sent u so many times.
