    @Paytm @PhonePe @GooglePay Just thinking—could we add a pop-up reminder while making a payment to add a note about the purpose of the payment? I got confused about my spending and couldn’t recall why I made certain payments. I am sure this issue is faced by many Thanks.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Unbale to use paytm. I have already written to your CC team, but no resolution has been provided yet. Since I don’t have access to my Paytm ac on my primary device, I’m unable to raise a ticket. Request you to please look into this and resolve it earliest

    @Paytmcare No it is not pending from my bank end now, seems there is some issue from paytm end which caused the failure, whatever it is the refund is struck at paytm end can you help me process it quickly.

    Dear Paytm Customer Resolution Team, @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmCheckin I am escalating my unresolved flight cancellation complaint to Level 2. Paytm Ticket ID: 200012652557 Date of complaint: 18 August 2026 Issue: Flight cancellation and refund I raised this complaint through Paytm Help & Support. I received an automated response stating that a support agent would review my concern and that Paytm aimed to respond within 6 hours. However, I have not received a proper response or resolution. I have also followed up through the existing support ticket, but the matter remains unresolved. I request you to urgently review my case and provide: 1. The current status of my cancellation/refund. 2. The expected refund amount. 3. The expected date by which the refund will be credited. 4. Confirmation that no further action is required from my side. Please treat this as a Level 2 escalation against Ticket ID 200012652557 and provide an acknowledgement/reference number for this escalation. I request an urgent resolution as this matter has already exceeded the response time communicated by Paytm. Regards, Sangram Keshari Barik

    @Paytmcare Redeeming process you care about but you really dont care about which you listed at your platform? Really this means S @Paytm also included in scams why you distributing #VakuLuxos coupons by your website? You should push them for fair customer dealing.

    @Paytmcare i am not able to book nashik citilinc city bus tickets. Even i tapped on choose city there other options ahmdabad surat goa mumbai but there is no nashik city to choose. Please solve this problem
