Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete.   @Paytmcare It's been more than a month since I started encountering Error 61007 on Paytm. Despite trying every suggested fix, the issue remains unresolved. Interestingly, all other UPI apps are functioning without any problems on the same device. Requesting your team to prioritize this matter and provide a permanent resolution as soon as possible.

  @Paytmcare The chatbot keeps on raising tickets and don’t even let talk to customer service representative, it’s just a waste of time. And tells to contact bank, I even contacted HDFC they also told they didn’t receive any money and this Paytm says they have sent the money to bank
