@Paytm @Paytmcare I had raised several complaint about paytm soundbox not working properly but no executive came to check the device.I paid 1800/- charges for a year however when it comes to service it's worst.either change soundbox or refund the charges asap @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare Hello @Paytmcare i have cleared all my paytm dues and in the app it shows that my spend limit is 1000 which is what it was by default. But whenever i try to pay with paytm postpaid it shows we are facing some issue with the postpaid. Please fix this

@Paytm your new login security is useless. If I want to access my Paytm account why would I need an SMS from the device if I can give the OTP as well as the password!!! Changing to other app as I need to do transactions without any hustle. You lost a loyal customer. Kudos! Bye

@Paytmcare You guys generated a paid bill in my paytm postpaid account. There is no way to reach you neither by chat nor by customer care number, and i m not going to pay that wrong bill you generated. Give us valid customer care number or email atleast.
