  Paytm interface is best in entire upi ecosystem as I think, but they never gives cashback and mislead customer with digital gold coin which has zero value, as per rbi guidelines, only sgb bonds and physical gold has a value, digital gold is useless and has no value @Paytm

  @Paytm @Paytmcare I travelled by an auto today & paid via Paytm UPI. I left my watch in the auto. It has immense sentimental value to me. I have the UPI transaction details and the driver’s name, but not his complete contact number. Please help me connect with the driver. 🙏

  @Paytm @Paytmcare Hello paytm, I booked flights for today (August 28th 7:40PM). Once the tickets are confirmed, the date of departure changed to next Friday (Sept 4th, 7:40PM). Customer care is of no help. Either allow us to modify or cancel the booking free of charge. URGENT!

  @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service
