@bigbasket_com @bbnow_bigbasket cancels orders by there own, dosen't inform the customer, no one picks calls or responds, and then they return back less money. I paid through @Paytm wallet. Whats happening who is looting the difference Paid 646.51, got back 640.72. WHY?

@Paytm i am using your paytm postpaid service the number is 778084843 due to some issue I was not using Paytm there was due 1200 and u people 2000 late charges so please adjust all late charges and I will pay real amount on instant base.

@Paytm If there's a platform where bus operators can defraud people and still exist without any consequences, that'd be wrong, right? I booked a bus on Paytm on 26th October. The phone details shared with me remained out of service even before one hour of the journey.
