I have huge amount in paytm wallet and I can't even get to know the wallet balance as the OTP is blocked by Paytm. This is very disappointing.

We have raised the ticket with query reference no. - 3228130753 on 12 Oct 2022 and provide them with all the details which were asked. Still no response.
