    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar The generic responses I’ve received "rest assured, we are working" are not helpful. There’s no clear reason for the delay or explanation for why this has taken so long. The lack of transparency and accountability is appalling.

    Really disappointed with Paytm’s service. There’s no proper resolution to issues, and reaching customer support is a struggle. Even when you do get through, they don’t listen they just repeat their scripted responses. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    Mr. X is dead. Long live Twitter paytm app is not working no one to ask no where to go. So much for Digital India. Earlier a tweet would wake up now it puts to sleep. Paytm is a failed concept. @paytm @Paytmcare

    Hi @Paytmcare regarding flight cancellations done from the booking agency, you should reply fast. I have messaged you so many messages yet, you don't reply it's been more than one day. Kindly reply faster. And please reply. This is very bad customer service.

    Hi @Paytmcare / @PaytmBank @paytmbankcare I’m facing an issue with the mobile app. The Fixed Deposit balance is not loading, and while entering the passcode, it sometimes shows “Something went wrong.” Could you please look into this matter ASAP?

    @Paytmcare paytm business customer service is the worst customer service i ever faced, last time they scammed me with telling me lie about the monthly rental and deducted money and now again they gave me 1 rupee monthly rental soundbox and then changed it with 40 rupee rental

    Still no response or resolution from @Paytm Airline has confirmed ₹1,496 was refunded to the booking partner on 23rd April, yet only ₹442 has been received. No clarity, no support, no resolution so far. @Paytmcare please respond.

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @Paytm nobody is responding, this is not the way to handle customers. I don't feel any customer care even exists for Paytm, it's the only AI generated response I'm getting in help & support section
