  @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

  Kya ghanta application hai be tum logon ka , Every single time call comes or goes, it only goes to automated voice support, Not even a single Live agent @PaytmBusiness @Paytm Most useless customer service I have seen, only ******* boys, not even a single Live agent.

  @KartikDiscovers Aesa Kyun Laga bhai. I am one of the early user of this type of service which was launched by @Paytm for buying 2 wheeler. Also I worked there in those days so I thought why not. It was a charm to purchase and get hell lot of vouchers.

  @Paytmcare How long will you be providing repeated computerise message if you can't provide a service shut off your services.. ek simple transaction your app is showing that the code is already used but the code hasn't been used yet.. it's been 2 days already since the complaint was raised
