    @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    I have paytm merchant account i raised query regarding sound box before 12 days , paytm shows they rais ticket regarding this issue , but how many days it will take to solve !! They didn't give proper solution on call @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @Paytm worst...
