    @PaytmTravel I booked the bus RKT and waited for the bus . I was standing at the address mentioned in the ticket. No bus arrived no one was reachable. Also than Now no refund is provided for the issue.paytm assigned the ticket and nothing works till now. @Paytmcare

    I tried reaching out to customer care, but the responses are vague and robotic. There’s no real update, no accountability, and no commitment to resolve the issue. The support system feels like a dead end. Is this how @Paytm treats its users?
