@Paytm @Paytmcare very pathetic service by Paytm, I don't know why we can't talk with ccare & their chat box is totally based on bots, we cant reply as per our issue. Today i paid rent through paytm, amount deducted but not received by landlord, showing in pending status. Why so?

@PaytmTravel @Paytmcare Why is it that your team has a confusion with your own cancellation policy? Everytime i cancel my ticket through Paytm i have to spend days to get the refund. Call up the customer care and they will drop the call midway.
