    Repeated complaints, still no resolution, replied to their dm thrice. @paytmbusiness @Paytm hides behind bots while charging unfairly. @RBI, help and take action against such companies.

    @flyspicejet @Paytm Extremely disappointed. We were informed at the airport that SG-472 was cancelled, and SpiceJet staff confirmed a full refund for both onward & return tickets. Now SpiceJet asks us to contact Paytm due to a group booking, while Paytm isn't resolving the issue!
