    Sir, NPS esign unable to do .I raised my concern 5 times but without resolving issue status showing as solved ..not fair from side,Before 31st Oct 2022 it should complete,no reply for mail worst service. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Very disappointing. Wrong recharge via Paytm, reported by email immediately. Airtel replied after 7 days saying beyond 3 days no help. In AI era, such cases can be prioritized—unless there’s no intent to help. @airtelindia @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible. Kindly understand the urgency of my situation and assist me at the earliest. I would really appreciate your support. Thank you.

    Absolutely unacceptable service by Paytm. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been ZERO response on my refund. Ticket IDs: 200011257375 & 200011295667 Airline has already processed the refund to you. why delay? Stop holding customer money and take accountability. @Paytm

    @sheefal @Paytmcare @Paytm Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.

    @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.

    @Paytmcare see it’s been over 15 days where I booked 11 flight tickets and none of your team members are taking response and I’m attaching ticket number if issue won’t be resolved by tomorrow and I didn’t get my money back for sure I will go to consumer court 200011321561
