Sir, NPS esign unable to do .I raised my concern 5 times but without resolving issue status showing as solved ..not fair from side,Before 31st Oct 2022 it should complete,no reply for mail worst service. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare What will you check now? Please tell. Bus was at 6pm. It's 9pm still bus haven't departed. Please refund my money at the earliest. This has caused me utter inconvenience. Please think about a customer travelling to home town on Holi. The motive got waste due to this.
