    @Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service . You don't know the criticality of customer booking a train from paytm . It goes on waiting at the time of boarding TT denied the ticket for travelling said it would be refunded . I have to pay heavy penalty on ticket to travel

    What a easy way to fool someone.I mean why your team ask for time when they can't call on time given.N best way to hangout call is call the customer say hello 2-3times & put on hold & disconnect best going paytm. @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm Your salesman sold me the paytm voice box a month ago, charged a decent amount for so. Didn't even mention about the monthly charges neither about the cancellation charges and now that I got to know, none of your customer support is willing to help. I
