Sir, NPS esign unable to do .I raised my concern 5 times but without resolving issue status showing as solved ..not fair from side,Before 31st Oct 2022 it should complete,no reply for mail worst service. @Paytm @Paytmcare

T1: @Paytmcare @FASTag_NETC @NHAI_Official it's been more than 2month. Due to server issue, I didn't get return ticket from vadodara - Ahmedabad bypass towards gandhinagar road twice in a month. The operator said it'll be credit within 14days. Refund of 2nd time is not credited.

Around 1.3 lacs of payment is stuck in that account which has not been cleared yet. Since then we have been trying to reach to the customer support which is ivr and issue had not been solved from 2 months now. tried reaching out to nodal officer number but no response @Paytmcare
