@paytm @IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia :- i cancelled my tickets, as I was tested +ve for COVID. But the amount is not acceptable. There is very less amount which will be refunded. Covid is the national issue. This is not fair business practices.

@Paytmcare @Paytm You deduct amount saying it is processing fee, service charge, gst without giving any prior info of that. The customer comes to know that only after loan disbursal. And the agreement which you are talking about in the DM that comes after loan disbursal.
