    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar firstly nothing on the app redirects to a contact number. We have to resort to social media to reach out for asking supporting in making payments. Please help or let me know otherwise so I can migrate my UPI other accounts to another

    @Paytm We had already made flight bookings and had to cancel them because of this issue. Now we want to book again, but your support and process are just not helping at all. 2/2
