Worst service of Paytm. I paid my credit card bill on 19 feb 2022 with Paytm. The amount debited from my bank but still not credited. Very bad experience with Paytm Customer care service. I also raised ticket for this but still issue not resolved. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@ShaktiAvasthy I had paid a small upi amount through Paytm to a site which later on I found was fraud as I didn't receive any product.there was no way to contact the.even @paytm and @paytmcare failed to respond to my request to track that fraud seller so i may lodge a complaint.paytm sucks

@Paytmcare @Paytm Why is it that most of the times I make a transaction using PayTm Wallet, I don't get the promised cashback unless I contact the customer care myself! 😡 Still awaiting the cashback against the Domino's transaction.

@Paytmcare what kind of customer care you have. They dont even want to help the customer simply saying raise the ticket. This is really pathetic. Is any human available to assist me over the phone regarding paytmpaid. you guys are imposing charges that is not in history.
