    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @Paytmcare A upi refund from a merchant has not been credited to my upi linked bank account while it is showing as a credit in my balance and accounts section. Your help chatbot is not helpful at all. Pls resolve
