@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar . Just booked the flight from paytm which had a glitch in app and ended up flight date of 15th jan (Just after a month which automatic changes) instead of booking for tomorrow. Called customer care after 5 minutes only and no help received.

Did an a Fixed deposit of Rs.10000/- in paytm bank and when tried to redeem the total amount it's just gave Rs.2000/- . It was an urgent requirement but no paytm customer care contacted in 12 hours. @Paytm @Paytmcare Please do the needful.

@shoppersstop @CitiIndia @Paytm Go sort out ur listings first. Received incorrect product and no assurance of getting the right product and plus have to wait for refund for 7 to 10 working days. Next time when i receive my product u guys should wait for 7 to 10 working days for me to make the payment.
