If it’s charging an unnecessary platform fee, consider disabling it and paying through a service that doesn’t charge extra. Be an informed consumer. Compare before you pay. @PhonePe @Paytm

Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.
