    @Paytmcare Plz revert the gift card amount to my credit card. I was trying to add money but there was an error and the next option was to add gift card which I did not see and by mistake added money as gift voucher. Plz help.

    @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Unfortunate your team is really not working, 4 hours already passed, why you are not responding me, not refunding my money, if I’ll not received any positive reply from you I’ll file FIR on you against harassment & cheating case. This is too much.

    Please aware everyone who is using @Paytm who is fraud & cheating with customer, not following their own terms, Grievance officer don’t have authority or it is robotic, no proper reply, use another apps instead of Paytm

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar How many years you require for solving such small issue, it very clearly understood that you are making fool, I am confident that my issue you will not settle up to next month, up to my EMI period, you have very third class policies, I don’t mind waiting

    @Paytm Unfortunately your customer service is too poor including all stages and you grievance officer is too casual he is in sleeping mode may you are too big on papers or on digital platform but you are failed in to customer services because of overloaded, I have deleted my Paytm.

    @Paytmcare Grievance Officer committed me to solve my issue on 29th Jul in written, till date no reply from him. Bad customer service ever. Paytm me koi thik se kaam nahi kar raha. Reply tak nahi dete ye log mail ko. Be aware while using any Paytm services

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am happy to say I have finally rejected paytm, one of the third clase customer service ever, I permanently closed my all paytm services, be aware with this #fraud people, Good Bye permanently… never want to see you again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @Paytmcare @PaytmFirst That's why I am having money problems but the Citi Bank Credit Card interest charges is too high that's why I am having problems to pay the amount. And my CIBIL score is also disturbing from that so please waive off the interest.

Ticket: 200011607501 PNR: F928VZ (Kanpur-Bengaluru, 15 Jun) Refund initiated by airline, but Paytm bot refuses to release it. @ishita0909 needs human support now.     @Paytmcare When indigo airline cancelled the ticket and asked me to cancel I did cancel the ticket. However, paytm refund money after cancellation charges. When I try to reach to them, the call centre has no provision to talk to the customer.
