  @Paytm @Paytmcare The customercare provided by Paytm is really appalling. I've been using Paytm for the last 3years. But from last month my paytm transactions are frozen due to KYC expiry. I tried video KYC. No response. I tried contacting customer care. Still no response.

  @Paytmcare Your 24 x 7 is not available except for automated messages that's not serving the purpose. I had been putting forth my grievance and you have asked to DM. Even after that the issue is not resolved and I'm not being told as to what the issue is with the paytm postpaid
