    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

    @Paytmcare worst customer support of this company my problem is not fixed yet they are just sharing me bot replies in DM no resolution yet I have also tried transactions at petrol pump, grocery stores and other merchants, but still my Paytm postpaid is not working showing error.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Dear paytm still i didn't get any updates regarding my issue is not resolved it's already 18days were completed i sent many Direct messages in Paytm app but i didn't get updates it's completely mental harassment
