@Paytmcare ur customers are being looted through accounts impersonating to be ur customer support team...as ppl tweet you, the imposter jumps into the conversation acts as your support team and fetches the details of the transaction and then cheats ppl.

I have tried to get my queries resolved via 24/7 helpline chat as well as on call multiple times but till now there is no proper resolution provided to me by the PAYTM team. As a customer I am personally losing my faith and trust in paytm services. @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare
