@Paytmcare @Paytm I have raised concern for not getting logged in my account on 12th feb & still no updates. I am unable to add balance in my fastag due to this. There is an issue in your app and why should i suffer because of it? Two accounts got created with same number.

@Paytmcare can your team resolve the issues?My paytm fastag is not working despite being active, having balance, and no damage to sticker. The customer care team raised a ticket, and marked resolved. I faced issues again at toll plaza, causing inconvenience to others.

@htanwar Yes true.i stopped using it due to poor service of Paytm...also their customer care is Pathetic...all the issues they have standard template answers.they were unable to solve a single issue..stay away from @Paytmcare
