A shocking discovery , apparently any loss arising out of tech errors is not compensated by @PaytmMoney . As per the customer rep , tech issues will happen and they are not liable . (Exact words as communicated) @Paytm . weird!! Don't see why I shd pay for a less stable platform

After so many complaints in @Paytm , they will not fix their system issue, instead they will suggest us to connect with the merchant whom their system sent the money by mistake. Why should I connect with him when it's not my mistake. @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare I have done full KYC process on video two days ago and my account continues to be suspended. I have written three memos stating the problem .My ticket no. 193498324.Nobody is there to advise the status.According toPaytm process my problem has been resolved.

Never expecting from paytm this type of service provided BY Them. Fake rating are using for misleading the passenger. The services which are told at the time booking none of them is given. No charging point working. Water Bottle is provided a local company. @Paytmcare @Paytm
