So, I requested Paytm postpaid to be closed a month ago for the same issue that happened today while paying rs 3 to a vendor the 1st option was postpaid so i mistakenly paid it. Now I'll be charged a 7rs convenience fee. @Paytm how it was paid if I deactivated it ???

@Paytmcare Worst service ever, no one is responding. Your executive called me and didn’t say anything after 10 sec they hung up the call. If things will not resolve it reach up to lakh then who will bear the loses. I am not paying single rupee against paytm postpaid as i have paid INR 7300
