@UPI_NPCI This isn't your fault. On the #BHIM app, the transaction was successful after approval. The problem with the services rendered by @Paytm on the web as a platform. It showed nothing, the page was dumb for an infinite period, no further communication, no acknowledgment even.

Also, i did recharge through their so called my jio app and paid through @Paytmcare with @TheOfficialSBI bank account. Payment successful but I haven't received any recharge benefits. I checked several times but no. It's very irritating. Please address this problem. @JioCare

@Paytm @vijayshekhar Why did you guys change the login flow on the webapp? Use case: If I don't have my phone with me, I can't access my account through the webapp as it asks for scanning QR code. Security concerns or creating friction to move more users to mobile app ?

@Paytmcare (2/n) At the end, in order to raise a query, I had to start a query with different problem and there I raised my original issue, then they asked me to share the issue. I shared the issue but everyone in your side is in deep sleep. No reply at all. It is a dead end. CC <-> 24x7
