@Paytmcare hopeless support from Paytm. Looks like @vijayshekhar is already a millionaire and so does not need customers. Updating mobile no which used to be easy earlier is now worse . Even Govt run banks have simpler and customer friendly process..

@Paytmcare #patheticservice I can see you responding to all tweets with same issue and even they are getting refunds for bigger amount. Am I a different customer? Or you care differently to different customers all the time... I am so tired of calling, messaging, tweeting.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar hello, i haven't received my cashback in terms of cashback points from many days against my transaction. From many days it is showing me that points will be credited in 24hours but it's not. And also yours paytm help assistant is the worst.
