@Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 38500 and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

Last 3 year's I am using paytm account. In my area paytm KYC centre can't update my account. wo mere account ka KYC update nahi kar rahe. Pls solve my problem immediately otherwise I will unstall paytm application . NEARBY KYC CENTRE 👎 @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

I booked flight tickets on @Paytm ,but flights got cancelled. I called their customer service on 28th April for postponing & representative told that they will update me within 48 hours but no call, no message,no email till 30th may. @PaytmTravel ,guys don't use this service..

@Paytm I haven't received any scratch cards for my past few eligible transactions. I raised a concern but your executives are not paying attention to this issue and they are not giving valid replies. What's the use of being Paytm first member which promises prioritised customer support?

Hi @Paytmcare -I booked bus ticket @ order Id: 13285170199 on dated 16-04-202. I got confirmation from Krishana travel operator bus cancelled for date 16th April 2021.Till now, I didn't receive refund amount. I follow up 24×7 help & support but didn't receive any response.
