    @Paytm @Paytmcare I applied Personal loan Top-up at 03-02-2023 but still my loan amount is not Disbursed in my account. Paytm Deducted 2 times 295/- as a deu. As per your promise 3 working Days already over. I am going rais written Complaint against you in tha consumer Court.

    Last 3 year's I am using paytm account. In my area paytm KYC centre can't update my account. wo mere account ka KYC update nahi kar rahe. Pls solve my problem immediately otherwise I will unstall paytm application . NEARBY KYC CENTRE 👎 @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 38500 and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

    @Paytmcare Total 50 days passed still paytm has not resolved my problem. This is an example how worst paytm customer support is and still shamelessly they DM me that have patience we are working on it. I dont know when the hell Rs 295 is waived off.

    @Paytmcare any update on my complaint? I'm yet 2 login into my account? Why can't u gv an alternative of mobile OTP if u cant send OTP on the number? I used 2 think innovation & empathy with the customer is at core in the Paytm of @vijayshekhar Bt i was wrong. Thx 4 lesson

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar My otp limit is blocked owing to network issues. Pls release. Ur escalation desk just disconnected call saying they can't help. A customer of 10 years getting this treatment!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare very pathetic service. Trying to close my paytm postpaid account for last three months. Several tickets raised but no solution till date. Finally deciding to shut down my paytm account and all related services.
