@Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 38500 and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

Last 3 year's I am using paytm account. In my area paytm KYC centre can't update my account. wo mere account ka KYC update nahi kar rahe. Pls solve my problem immediately otherwise I will unstall paytm application . NEARBY KYC CENTRE 👎 @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@paytm started with good concept but turned out to be the #biggestscammer of India . 0% grivience addressal , #fakecustomerservice no. tried calling&when it came to talk to customer service they cut the call and send a message to write to them(didn't got reply since yesterday)...
