    @Paytmcare Help me here, I bought 42k worth of gold in a year, its current price is 39k but when i try to withdraw the amount shows 37k. How ? I want a complete breakdown from purchasing to selling. There isn't a single mention of 5% deduction while selling.

    @Paytmcare Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare used #FLYBONANZA promo, promised flat ₹2,000 voucher but got only 20% discount. "Up to" condition was NEVER disclosed when offer was shown! Raised 3 tickets, ZERO response, no way to contact support. Misleading advertising! #ConsumerRights #PaytmScam

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

    Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @IndiGo6E flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 26993710263 PNR: WF3FKK BOM to VNS on 12 May 2026. it’s been 2 Month.

    @Paytm How much more time will it take to resolve my issue? It has been almost a month now, and every time I raise it on X, your team replies that you are “working on it.” I want to understand how long a customer is expected to wait for a basic issue to be resolved.
