    @Paytm I was supposed to get my cancelled flight ticket refund . Tried soo many times through your app . Since 15days I'm following up but no response .Any you have given your service name 24/7 support . Reference No. -187784617 . Trying my luck here too 🙄

    @Paytm Slow never ending process for refunds also hurts..checking status for more than 20 days for refunds also hurts. Never ending within 7 days cycle also hurts...Worst customer service also hurts....waiting for my money also hurts...
