    @Paytmcare @Paytm Even after raised ticket, payment made from your platform/ gateway still not credited / updated in MSEDCL system. If insurance policies premiums paid and faced such issues, customers believing payments are done 🤔🙆 Have to run pillar to post ??

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I was booked flight ticket from Paytm without login but due to some reason i want to cancel this flight ticket within 24 hrs. As per ministry of aviation any ticket of cancelled within 24 hrs they will get full refund amount.

    I am frustrated with you customer support i requested 5 times to your customer service to fully deactivate my Paytm Business Sound Box But after registering my request nothing happens no calls from your engineer and my ticket closes without deactivation. @Paytmcare

    @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.
