    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, it’s been over 2 MONTHS since my flight refund of ₹5,253 was processed by the airline, but it hasn't reached my bank account! Multiple emails sent to your support team have been completely ignored. Is this how you treat your customers? Please resolve ASAP!

    @Paytmcare Hello Hemant, I have got some response in DM. It assumes that the problem is with the user. It assumes 1) my app is not up to date & 2) I had unstable connection. Good luck improving your service with that attitude.

    Repeated complaints, still no resolution, replied to their dm thrice. @paytmbusiness @Paytm hides behind bots while charging unfairly. @RBI, help and take action against such companies.
