    I’m using Paytm from last 10 years and one incident happened with in 2020 that’s someone have bypassed my phone and stolen otp to login the Paytm account I lost my account with my money and information after that many a times my Paytm no 8287475646 @Paytm @OnePay @vijayshekhar

    @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @RBI FRAUD ALERT, NEVER EVER USE PAYTM FOR TRAVEL BOOKING, my bus was cancelled, 7 dats no response from fraud paytm n customer care is worst n pathetic, my6k still struck, tgey use bots n no human to interact
