@Paytm @Paytmcare KYC is already done I have added 1500 rupees in Paytm wallet now I am unable to pay anyone from wallet we are facing problem several time even KYC is already done this problem is happen with other people also Paytm should have to close the wallet facility then

I have balance in my paytm wallet. KYC is completed. Fastag is active but showing black list at toll plazas. I have to pay double amount at tolls. Customer care executives don’t have any knowledge why my fastag is black list. Horrible service. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I did a recharge for Airtel but it didn't reflected. Your 24 X 7 support option gives automated replies. Customer care executive are not resolving my issue. Is this the kind of support you give to your customers????
