    Hi @Paytm, flight booking id: 10381461331. It's been more than a year I haven't received a refund. I Called, tweeted, emailed many times. Everytime you've asked "to wait" by sending a text via bot. Today, when I tried to reach ur customer care, I was offended by his behaviour.

    @Paytmcare I have complaint my bank Sir/ madam  On 25/03/21 I paid my lic premium of Rs. 801/- through UPI service transaction particularupi/108471595607/p2m/lic.billdesk@hdfcbank/lic. On enquiry through Lic its come to my knowledge they haven't received any amount
