    @Paytm @Paytm @Paytmcare In paytm app, when paying to paytm user it is using wallet balance but when paying to Google pay or other user it is using bank account. Please fix this problem. Please update paytm app.

    @Paytmcare my amount got deducted for an order but the order was rejected. Amount not credited back. The app is so so bad and a rigmarole of words. Doesn't hv any provion to get the issue resolved. Kindly revert.

    @Paytmcare I wish to raise a formal legal complaint against your customer care executives who spoke to me this morning for collection. Neither do they maintain any call records, plus they humiliated me on the phone for using Paytm Postpaid.

    @Paytmcare I was berated and your customer care executives yelled at me for expressing my displeasure at being harassed by 15-20 calls in a day when I have already given the next payment date! This is how @Paytm treats its customers! Shame on you!
