Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare I have purchased Paytm fastag from Paytm app and it's been more than 10 days I raised multiple complaints via Paytm app & phone support. No one bothered to respond or activate my fastag and I have been paying 2x at tolls. Do revert my money or activate it

@Paytm @Paytmcare Never use Paytm and Paytm fd. If you will save you amount in Paytm fd they will freeze your account and to resolve that issue it will take ages. In 3 month i have used Paytm only for 15 days because two times they blocked my account. Never use paytm.usephonepe

Now, the case in point. Since a month back i started noticing glitches in some or the other services in their app. My app would either end in a loop or show error msgs. Eventually, a week back my wallet got defunct! Now began my ordeal 'trying' to reach @Paytm customercare! 8/n
