I booked a bus through paytm platform (Booking ID: 1946525) for travel on 14th Aug. Unfortunately, the bus broke down in the middle of the journey at around 4:00 AM, and as of now, it has still not been repaired. I need refund. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@rpj1989 @Paytmcare Hi Rakshit, I faced the same issue and @PaytmMoney has been delaying the replies. I am filing an official complaint against them via the SEBI Scores platform. We aren't alone, we can approach it as a group. Would you like to join? They cannot take advantage of us like this.

@Paytmcare I had a Hotstar trial auto-payment via Paytm linked to my IOB account. I cancelled from Hotstar but Paytm shows a bank error when I try to cancel the mandate. IOB says they can’t fix it. It’s paused till 2030, but I want it completely cancelled #paytm #paytmcare #bad

@Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness kindly do something . Kindly close our Paytm business account ASAP and take back your soundbox or I will destroy it. There is literally no way to delete the merchant account from the end of customer . Why you people can not help me ??
