    @Paytm Your customer support is the worst. I have been trying to get my refund from August 22, 2026. But there is still no update from your side, just your annoying AI Amy, even on email, just Amy replies. I want my refund back by tomorrow. Here ends my patience.

    @Paytmcare why it says phone not supported when trying to login using my iphone xs max ios 18.7.10? It was working fine earlier. I have tried reinstalling app but no luck. I also have one ticket open since weeks with @PaytmMoneyCare Why such bad service? cc: @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.

    PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness Why are my support tickets being closed without resolving my request? I have clearly requested the closure of my Paytm Business Merchant Account yet the ticket is being close repeatedly without actually processing the closure. 1/3
