Is it a joke!! Forcing a fake product on a consumer after delaying it for so many days. I raised the issue on day 1 after getting a unsealed and tampered box of product from @Paytm. Now after 8 days of keeping me waiting and not returning the product you have rejected the return!

@Paytmcare r ther ny issues in adding money thru dbit crd?? !! every now n then it dosent allow saying try lower amt, limits will revise ..this that , inspite of havin full kyc,saving acc, really dissapointed. really big problem, technical reason it seems.

@Paytmcare i intiate a return to source of 50000 from paytm wallet to paytm payment bank but paytm hold my money since 20days and saying that money has refunded but paytm bank confirm me that money failed to refund then where money gone.i will make a court case kindly help me

@Paytm is nt even ready to trnsfr bk my wallet money to the src acc. And the ridiculous reason given is my Aadhar & PAN surname (chngd aftr marriage) doesn’t match. Being a salaried employee with a MNC and having bank account/credit card with big banks, I never faced such issue.
