Such worse service. Even SBI customer service seems better when compared to @Paytm . Everytime I'm asked to wait for 1 week for my issue to be resolved and yet you guys fail. Whenever I call, there is no escalations team available. Pathetic.

@consaff Sir, paytm is not refunding amount of order ID 10595765200. Customer care of paytm had said amount will be refund in 7 days but 20 days has gone. I am contacting daily to customer care but they have no any answer. plz help @Paytm @Paytmcare
