    Ticket ID: 22048690600. Hi @Paytm haven’t received the refund amount yet processed against my journey dated 2021-10-02. I haven’t heard from the customer support. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plz look into it.

    @Paytm It is utterly disappointing to receive such an experience from @PaytmBank. My wallet transaction issue still not settled and the amount has yet not been returned to the source account.. This is utterly shameful.. @vijayshekhar
