    @Paytmcare No, there is no proper response on my DM. I dint get my answer. Can you please elaborate what are you going to do to resolve this issue now. How many more days you need? You can't get away with this saying we need some time. It's been 1.5 months. Are you gonna manually update?

    @Paytm #ridiculous #thirdclass #rubbish Company. Poorest and dumbest customer care team i ever seen. Just Forwarding my calls and don't giving me any solution. I am facing problems in my 3 family members accounts but looks like Paytm is bullshit. Solve my problem immediately.

    @paytm making me fool i was trying to book a ticket and payment failed and ticket didn't got booked but my amount got deducted so and it was showing payment failed so I contacted customer care so they say the didn't receive the amount you can book different ticket this amount
