    I have paid my hdfc credit card bill on 4th June on Paytm, still it is not received by hdfc bank and it’s still showing pending status, While my money is debited from my Bank Account. And today is due date. Now what to do?? Order id: 27119552143 No customer care also @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytmcare, I have raised multiple requests for a new Soundbox and repeatedly contacted local vendors, but there has been no response or follow-up. This is affecting my business operations. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.

    @Paytm Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

    @Paytm your AI chatbox keeps refreshing and not able to go through with filing a grievance redressal. Conveinently you have no customer care support through phone or email.

    @Paytmcare I'm not able to find any info on my wallet balance in your app. When I ask the chatbot it says contact paytm payments bank app. But there is no such app. Help and return my money
