    @Paytm @Paytmcare I'm unable to make any UPI Payment from Paytm App from the past few days, All transactions are getting declined stating "UPI Risk Policy" whereas I'm able to make payments from other UPI Apps easily. And it is so hard to connect to Customer Care thru your app.

    @Paytmcare I have a mobile recharge coupon valid till 5th May I applied it & tried a mobile recharge but the payment failed before initiating Since then the recharge is pending & I am unable to reuse the code also Plz help @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare This issue has been pending since 16 April and I still haven’t received my refund. Multiple follow-ups have only resulted in repeated “we are checking”responses. Please provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm when the amount will be credited. @jagograhakjago
