@Paytmcare @Paytm I raised a complaint through the Paytm app on Oct 21, but there’s been no response till now. There’s no email support, and the AI bot doesn’t let me connect to a human representative. I’ve already shared my ticket number in DM but still no reply.

Continuing, A lot of the amount is being paid in fees but Cross sell efforts are more than service resolution. Requesting the team to smoothen the service process and resolve this issue at the earliest. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
